It's a good camera. It records high quality video and is easy to install. You do not have to do any damage to your vehicle by drilling if you don't want, as it comes with sufficient wiring clips and adhesives, and they even included a little plastic trim pry bar, so everything you need to get going is in the box. The front camera is designed to be mounted on the front windshield with adhesive (it also comes with a clear film sheet that lets you install it on the windshield and easily remove it again without wasting the adhesive. Personally, I did not want the camera on the windshield, so I attached it to the mirror (with parts that are not included). The description says the camera is for a minivan or car, but I had no trouble installing it in a 4runner. The rear camera cable was long enough (it was just about the perfect length with the perfect amount of slack left over). I used a paperclip to secure the rear camera to the headliner without adhesive. It can be wired to the reverse light as a backup camera if you wish. As far as functionality is concerned, it is fairly practical. I like the quick gestures that allow you to easily snap a picture or switch between camera views. Also, it has an app that it can be paired with, but this is not required. The camera works perfectly fine independently of the app and you can extract your videos via the mini sd card or by the USB connection. The only thing is that it has USB mini B port. ... show more
