Needed a bed rail device for my wife after motor vehicle collision that left her left arm and leg immobilized due to surgery to assist her with standing from and repositioning in the bed. Instructions are not the best but it is fairly self explanatory. Pay attention to the position of the vertical legs for the feet and rail and the way they lock in. Works well for rolling from back to side and assisting with standing from seated position from the side of the bed.

Very well constructed. This bedrail feels extremely solid when properly adjusted and strapped to the bed frame/foundation. I trust this thing to safely support my 89 year old Dad. The only thing that I would say could use improvement is, the upper handle assembly, which is the part that a person uses for support, needs to be made REVERSABLE; so that the extendable side can extend in the opposite direction. This is real simple for the manufacturer to have done and just as easy to do yourself, if you need to. The two stubby legs on the bottom of the upper handle section that slides down onto the lower section to engage the lock pins, just need two holes drilled: Just insert a 3/8 (25/64ths if you have one, like me,) or 10mm drill bit into the existing holes where the lock pins engage, making sure that the drill bit is perfectly square to the plane of the handle( perpendicular with the existing holes,) and drill through the other side of the tubing. De-burr the new holes. Using a drill press would be ideal. This will allow the adjustable end of the upper handrail to extend in the other direction; that is, to the right hand side when looking from off the bed. It only extends on the left side as designed. All else is good. I'd recommend this bed grab rail. Although this has allot of adjustment: Please, READ the description carefully to make sure this will fit the bed that you want to use it on...it is NOT a universal fit. This railing is sturdy, despite of being smaller than your traditional railing. I got this for my elderly client who needs to hold on to the railing to get in and out of bed, he is a 280lb man and his old railing would wobble, so I decided to get him this one because of the legs. I am super pleased with it because it's sturdy and doesnt wobble when my patient holds on to it to position himself on the bed. It does shake just a bit but thats normal in every railing I've seen. I was able to put it together and install it on his bed on my own. It was fairly easy. I like that you can adjust the length and height to your preference. One thing to keep in mind is that it doesnt fold so if you need it to this one is not for you. Im happy with the sturdiness that the legs provide. I do recommend it.

Very versatile and functional for older people. I got this to make sure my sickly mother in law to help pull herself up and get out of bed. She lives alone, so we try to make everything functionable for her. It's pricey but worth the money. It's made of quality material. Easy to install and doesn't take a lot of space. Highly recommended.

I got this KingPavonini Bed Rail for my mom, who is in her eighties. While she’s never fallen out of bed, I’ve found her dozing right on the edge more times than I can count—and that always made me nervous. This bed rail has been a massive relief for both of us.
