Horrible product! Would not seal the bags tightly and the tape would get stuck down under the cutter every time that you tried to seal a bag. We would have to reset the tape after every seal. We finally gave up and used twist ties. Sending this back for a refund!

This is a good solid product that does what it says. If you are looking to seal things along the lines of a plastic bread bag, this will do a great job. If you are looking to seal a garbage bag, this does not have the sticking power. Solid quality build.

Everything about this machine is wonderful, except I had hoped to use it to secure the wrapping around a caramel apple stick. The stick with the wrapping ended up being too thick to use, and sadly, I had to return it. Be sure you check the diameter of what you are hoping to use it for with the dimensions of the machine to include the wrapping around it if you are using an apple stick. I believe it would work great around a popsicle stick where those are not as thick. Other than my failing to measure first before buying, this is a great machine. It comes with two spools of red tape which is very generous. The instructions are also very easy to follow!

The kimilus bag sealer itself is solid—easy to use, cuts cleanly, and seals plastic bags securely. It gets the job done quickly. Unfortunately, both rolls of included sealing tape arrived deformed. The rolls had tripled in width in some spots (like they’d been overheated), making it impossible to load them into the dispenser. I had to buy separate compatible tape right away to actually use the machine. Would have been 5 stars if the included tape was in good shape. Still decent value for the sealer, just plan on replacing the tape immediately.

This little gem is like lightening struck the workplace. The last one broke a couple weeks ago-(another company) and it was awful working without it but now the new one is a blessing-Love it!!!!

I bought this for my cake pop business and got frustrated very quickly. The tape does not apply evenly and the sides do not meet, causing a sticky mess. It's also impossible to open the items once they're sealed. This may be a good thing for some, but not for the purpose I needed. It helps speed things up for sure, but I will revert to spending more time to hand wrap my items.

I use this with my freezer bags and I have not had any issues. Super easy to put together, instructions were simple. Sis right on the table for me to reach over and seal my bags.
