First contacted the company to ask if it was normal for the charging port to come out, they said no and they would send a replacement. I originally purchased yellow cause blue wasn’t available but it was when I contacted them. I asked if they could send the blue replacement instead. It was no problem, didn’t have to jump through any hoops! Customer service was awesome! The replacement works great! It’s pretty fast, break works good, you can turn by leaning. Thought this was going to be under-powered and shoddy given how cheap it was - but I didn't care since it looked pretty fun. Buuuuut it's actually really well-built and has been AWESOME. Kids (9 and 7) _love_ it. Kind of annoying since they fight over who gets to use it so I have to get another one. Good thing it's pretty cheap - going to get another one. I purchased this for my 8yr old son - the blue one. We got it, charged it up per instructions, worked fine for 24hrs, on 3rd day dant thing would not turn on, move, or take a charge. There is NO existence of Kimi CS so I contacted Amazon, they offered a replacement to shipped out. I accepted. A week later we got the replacement delivered, charged it up per instructions, used it for HALF a day and the dang thing would NOT STOP BEEPING even while in use or not! Very annoying! We couldn't figure out why it was beeping?!? We decided to turn it off and let it "rest" overnight. Next day, the dang thing wouldn't move or go and no longer taking a charge. Once again, contacted Amazon, this time no replacement offered, asked for full refund. BEST ADVICE: DON'T BUY KIMI BRAND ELECTRIC SCOOTERS! Look for another brand! Easy to start since it required no assembly. Pictures are from when I first got it out of the box. A little bit of an issue with the mat on the top of the board. It was peeling off on both front ends. Looks to just be double sided tape holding it on. But for now it is easy enough to just push it back down and keep riding. Does well with getting speed with a six year old riding. I would recommend this as an option of a slower/medium pace kids scooter to get them learning. ... show more

We got these for our boys, it’s a great starter electric scooter. Kids use with ease. The wheels seem to have gotten a little worn out quick, but otherwise he’s enjoyed the scooter, and it’s easy for them to use since it has three wheels vs the two wheel scooter.
