They match my kitchen's modern style and look really nice. They have comfortable shape of the seats that makes sitting on them cozy and comfy. I reviewed another variation of these chairs, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KX2BQR1, and I got this one to create an alternating look in our kitchen, so my review mirrors my sentiments as I like this color just as much as I like the wood texture ones I got as well. Overall I really like these chairs, I was amazed at how easy they are where to assemble, and the size adjustability makes them great for counter-height stools for kids and adults. Overall they look good, are sturdy( my 2-year toddler is able to climb onto it without it falling over), and they have a classy look to them. They also have a nice contour in the seating area which adds to their comfort. Installation note, if you forget to remove the plastic cap on the hydraulic shaft BEFORE inserting the chair on top, it will prevent the hydraulic function from working. I spent more time than needed trying to fix this, learn from my mistake, and the easy fix: 1. remove the 4 screws that attach the chair to the upper half. 2. Insert a screwdriver from the top to pop the plastic protector out..fixed! (The first time I didn't realize you can access the jammed cap from the top, and spent way too much time fixing the problem I caused myself.)     • I'm replacing my old barstools with these
I have a regular, stationary barstool (an old wood one that is rather traditional) and a newer wood one that's a bit fancier but is also stationary. I opened the box, put these together in just a couple of minutes and was so happy with how they look that I took my old wood pair out to Goodwill. Someone else can find some use in them and I now have a pair that swivel, are height adjustable and have a foot "stool" so I can be comfortable while sitting on them. They look great!     • We love these sturdy bar stools and they look great!
Lovely hardwood seat, lightly finished with something like tung oil. Seats spin quite freely so aren't as stable as one might anticipate, but our kids had some fun spinning in circles. They also have a little bounce to them, such as when you first sit down. Seat wasn't perfectly centered on top, but close enough. Seat height is adjustable from 21.5" to 31" using the lever. Base is 15" across, seat is 14" across. Base has a plastic/rubberized ring all the way around the bottom so no metal contacts the floor and base stays firmly in place on our tile floor. Assembly of both took under 10 minutes using the included tool. A pair of white gloves were also included but I didn't need or use them.
