The compact Windale Playset by KidKraft is a great big idea with a scaled down footprint. Missing and damaged pieces and I am stuck with a product that I cannot use for a hefty price. Tried to work with Amazon "customer service"- what a joke. They are incompetent and unhelpful. Can't even understand simple English either. Tried the company via phone (no one answers) and e-mail (they all bounce back). It comes in what seems like 1000 pieces but our daughter and her friends love it so it’s worth it. Number one recommendation inventory everything and lay it all out so you can see the numbers. Same with the screws and make sure you double check when using some of the names are similar. Took us 2 days between work and kids to put together :) ... show more

This is a very cute set. My toddler loves it. However, I am super disappointed in the mold I found growing on the wood less than two months after being built. The manufacturer has yet to get back to me!
