It was packaged well and easy to assemble. The only issue I had during assembly was the rims didn't fit quite right and i had to trim a little bit of the plastic off to get them to sit properly. Put together it looks really nice, although I can tell some trim pieces will break quite easily if hit. Battery life is great, but the thing is SLOW. Even my four year old says it is slow. He still likes using it though. Might be worth putting a 24V battery in somehow and seeing what happens. We ended up having to return it because we could not get the steering assembled. Almost felt like something was welded incorrectly. Ended up returning it and will maybe try to repurchase for Christmas to see if it was a fluke. Looks cute for our 3 and 5 year old but not if they canโ€™t steer it!

Bought this for my son's 5th birthday. Reasonably easy to assemble. Took me about an hour, but the big stuff is already put together for you. Just a matter of putting the small stuff on. Pro-tip: the wheel spacers are actually labeled front/rear even though they look almost identical. I made the mistake and had to fix it. My only cons so far is the inconsistent advertisment of speed. The Amazon listing says it goes up to 5 mph; the manual says it can go 4 mph; but the box says max speed is 3.75 mph. It would have also been nice if the charger had some kind of indicator light, either on the car or the charger itself. As it stands now, you plug it in, but have no way of knowing if it's actually charging or fully charged. ... show more

I like the 12V ATV. Itโ€™s not as rugged as Iโ€™d like for 2 toddlers. The last one I bought only lasted 8 mos so I hope this on lasts until next Christmas. The assembly instructions are of no help whatsoever. If youโ€™ve know knowledge or experience putting something like this together then have someone do it for you. Horrible ... show more
