Worst warranty ever

The gokart is super fun and exciting! But my gokart started smoking while plugged in after 1 month of use and died. Contacted customer service, it took almost a month of waiting for repair, and once I got it back, the gokart was in a worst condition than I sent it. It was scratched up, missing pieces and had the wrong cable installed. Would not charge and extend or shorten. Contacted service again and they told me I have to wait for parts for an unknown amount of time. After they stopped responding. Worst decision of my life buying this garbage product. I have not used my gokart for 2 months now. ... show more

Won't even turn on!
Style: Gokart Pro 2
Got it today for my sons bday and the thing doesn't even turn on. Yes it's charged, yes I troubleshooted, yes I read everything and installed the app and so on...yes everything is connected. Yes,yes, yes! Not happy at all and you will be hearing from me. Update* tried calling to figure out what they could do, I have to pay to ship it back. Also it went on sale for 1000$ less a week and a half after I bought it and they wouldn't honor the price change. So that pissed me off even more. So I'm stuck with a 2500 segway that won't turn on still. Terrible company to deal with. Cost more to ship it back...you would think they would just replace it. So they lost my business and I will not refer them to anyone. ... show more

Too fun
Style: Gokart Pro 2
Im 45 years old and 5’7. This thing is the most fun Ive had in a while. With it sitting so low, 27 mph seems like 45. It whips the turns and has high torque. I love it. Im about to buy a 2nd one.

Buyer beware: dangerous defective product
Style: Gokart Pro 2
I’ve had a really bad experience unfortunately. First, shipping was delayed 4 times before finally arrived. Secondly, when I set it up and my son first went to drive, it took off on its own at a high speed and no pedals would activate to stop it! He drove in the grass around the yard and I was able to dive and reach the power cable on the back to disconnect it, but now broke the power cable in the process. So now I’ve got a defective and broken product. I have contacted support and they tell me someone will hopefully get back to me in a week or call them back! I’m going to give them 24 hours then just return it. ... show more

Lots of fun but doesn’t drift well
Style: Gokart Pro 2
This is lots of fun but it doesn’t drift very well. I specifically bought it to drift with my daughters so this is a disappointment. It would be worth the extra money if it would drift better, but as it is, I would have preferred something cheaper.

Very Disappointed
Style: Gokart Pro 2
I bought this item for my son's birthday. The first version i received from amazon never worked - after shipping the 150lb item back to amazon for a replacement, Amazon charged me for a second unit ($2400 each). After reaching out to Amazon several times, each time amazon said i would not be charged for the second unit, as the first one was returned via Amazon's Carrier.... Countless phone calls later I finally was able to reduce the charge to the ONE unit received. I'm now 6 weeks later, and the second unit no longer works and replacement electronic parts are required. Amazon please help me. I just want a working gokart for my son. ... show more
