This is the 3rd Stacyc e-bike we have purchased. We will be stacyc customers for life.. We have 6 and 4 year old boys and they are crazy over these. The batteries are a little difficult for them to get on and off themselves, so we are constantly helping them change a battery.. I’m honestly not sure how long a battery lasts on them though because my sons think they’re dying but then I find out they’re really not.     • Had high hopes, received disappointment fixing issue now 🤷🏻♂️
The media could not be loaded. bought it for my 3 years old he doesn't even know how to ride we have to walk next to him and balance him we rode it on a basketball court for about 10 minutes in low setting and the motor broke, I reached out to STACYC described the issue sent a few videos and they determined the motor was broken and they sent me a new motor and ESC in the mail for free cuz it was under warranty. ... show more

As our 3 year old stood hovered over his brand new Stacyc, delivered only minutes earlier, helping my husband assemble it, my husband sighs and says, "The front fork is bent and the front wheel will not go on." Tears flowed and flowed...... The bike arrived damaged from the manufacturer. Would highly recommend to buy from a local dealer! The Stacyc product itself (the new one we got) is wonderful. The battery lasts a long time, our son will have plenty of use over the years, it has 3 speeds, and offers lots of fun. Buy the bike - just not online! ... show more

    • So Easy to Learn — Our Son Loved It
The media could not be loaded. We bought the STACYC electric bike for our son for Christmas, and it has been an amazing purchase. He had never ridden a bike before, and we were honestly surprised by how quickly he picked it up. We started him on the lowest speed setting, and he understood how to ride it almost immediately. There were barely any falls, and his balance improved right away. The bike feels very beginner-friendly, especially for kids who are new to riding. I love that it has multiple speed settings, so as he grows and gains confidence, we can gradually increase the speed. For now, the lowest setting is perfect, but it’s nice knowing there’s room to grow without needing a new bike. Overall, this bike works wonderfully and has been a great confidence booster for our son. Highly recommend for young riders learning for the first time. ... show more

Best picture I got of it before Christmas but so far so good! My son loves it. I’m assuming it was easy to put together. My husband didn’t have any complaints. Definitely recommend this.
