I bought this to replace the fake speaker in my 23 Bronco. That's right, it will fit right in and you can easily make it plug in play. It works great with the factory type amp. Requires some minor programming to activate the speaker but it is doable. I'm really satisfied with the sound coming from my Bronco now. Replaced the blown sub in my jeep renegade. Super easy install. The sub sounds great. With the factory amp you can here the bass but it’s not obnoxious.

I installed this sub in my 2005 Jeep TJ to replace factory sub that'slocated in the center console. Original sub is still working OK but it lacks that base punch. In order to fit new Kicker sub I had to mosify factory box to remove some plastic ribs below where the sub magnet fits. I also removed plastic cover on Kicker sub so it can clear internal protrusion in the box. I filled the factory box with poly fill. Kicker sub delivers very tight and distinct base. The stock subwoofer did not give any punch even that it is the tio range B&O system in my Audi S5 2010. Installed this one in original housing with only some minor modifications and wow, what a diffrens! Now the woofer gives a great impact in the system and plays strong they the low range. Huge plus on the delivery which was super fast, Two days only to Sweden with priority express. Another huge plus is that it was delivered here since EU don’t get deliverys from kicker at the moment so can’t get hold of this speaker from lokal market. ... show more

    • Excellent Fidelity. Sounds Way Better than a SKAR 6.5".
Bought a SKAR 6.5", but it made a horrible clapping sound so I upgraded to the Kicker. Was concerned about running 300 watts to this 150 watt sub, but so far it handles it like a champ. Great sounding 6.75".

    • Works for Jeep Wrangler TJ 2004
If you’re trying to replace factory sub for Jeep wrangler TJ, this is the one to get. I had to trim some fins inside the factory box to make it fit properly but it packs a big punch for such a small sub.
