Bass is tight and accurate. The output is impressive for how small the footprint is. Installation is incredibly easy, just plug and play. No fussing with wiring, choosing correct box size, etc. This setup is hard to beat for plug and play. I originally got the 8" and meaning to get the 10". When I went to return it and upgrade, I seen the 12" was on sell for about what I payed for the 8". So far I have no regrets it works great. The 8 was more of a add the low notes and sounds amazing but you don't really feel it. But the 12 matched with the lx850.1 beats it down considering it is a low profile small package to save room in my tiny honda fit ... show more

It fits perfect under the back seat of my 2020 f150 supercrew. I was kinda hesitant because of some of the reviews. I'm using a hi fonics zeus that puts out 600 watts rms at 2 ohms so it's not overwhelming it. It doesn't interfere with leg room. The bass isn't as tight as I hoped but I'll tweak some settings and see. It definitely drops! Had a Skar 15 that was insane but took up way to much space. This L7t 12 is perfect as far as sound and fitment goes. The quality seems solid. Arrived unmangled which is always a plus. I'll update this review in a few weeks as time goes on. I spend about 9hours a week commuting so it gets used everyday. Update 12/3/24 Thing is still sounding amazing! Zero issues, Thank God. ... show more

    • Maybe the best value on the market for thin subs
I went from 2x 10” Comp C subs to this single 12” and I feel like I lost zero performance and gained a touch more depth in Hz audibility. After 2 hours of breakin using a frequency emission app to constantly flex the speaker I felt it open up on those lower tones. Got it staged better with my gain setup and now it’s a mover and shaker. This is perhaps the best value for performance in the category. I hear rave reviews on JL Audio’s 13.5” wedge and it supposedly slaps but this is no slouch. Coming from 2 10s with the same power handling in total I’m stoked to have this under my rear F150 bench. Threw some Skrillex and Deadmau5 on to feel the bass and you definitely can feel it. ... show more
