The media could not be loaded. The motor is not set correctly to its mounting system with hooks which attach to the ceiling plate that is installed first. My ceiling is not out of level. When I originally mounted the unit the motor tilts upward about 1/3” out of level to one side. I had to level the motor to the ceiling which puts the rest of the unit out of level a the cover for the unit nearly runs the blades as the motor rotates.     • Quiet and good air movement

Being that the LED light is integrated, the dim feature is a joke. It goes from bright to less bright. It is however very quiet and even on low moves a good bit of air. I went back and bought a second one.

    • Fan does not work

I purchased this fan open box. It appeared to have all of the pieces. Our electrician tried installing it today and the we cannot get the wall control to sync with the fan. So it will not turn on. Of course it is 2 days past the return window. Can someone please help?
