I bought this heater for backyard family gatherings. Once the heater arrived, assembly was quick and easy. Took a half hour to put together, I suggest you have another person assisting. Lighting it was simple, you just need to install an AA battery to get it fired up. That immediately prompted everyone to gather around it. The flame looks beautiful and inviting and warm. The heater looks so good in my patio, like one of those you’d find at a trendy outdoor restaurant. Quite tall so make sure you have enough space outside. I love it! Such a nice addition to my house.

I assembled this heater without much difficulty. After the second use I noticed flames coming from the side of the base. It melted the burner and side panel. I’m grateful that it happened while I was watching or there might have been some serious collateral damage. I contacted the seller but haven’t heard anything yet.

Patient assembly with a few directions left out. Initial startup a challenge until air out of whole system. Very attractive once going with good heat output. Small trade off on heat output with attractive flame. Good value

I love the looks of this thing. It doesn't put off as much heat as one of those other heaters with the huge saucer over your head, but it's certainly WAY nicer to look at. It wasn't too hard to put together. It's quite a large thing which is a bonus to me. We like it and will probably buy more.
