I bought this Yamiry Keypad Smart Door Lock to upgrade my front door and I’m really impressed! The installation was straightforward (took me about 20-25 minutes), and it fits perfectly on a standard door. The fingerprint reader is fast and accurate — works every time even with slightly wet or cold fingers. The keypad is responsive, and I love that I can create multiple user codes for family members. Pros: Good build quality, easy to setup. Fast response for fingerprint reading. App is easy to use. Cons: Round handle is big compared to my old lock. Since the space between door frame and handle is less, making handle big reduced the space. Improvements. Include option for Wi-Fi. Reduce the handle size.

HORRIBLE! Not very durable as it had to be replaced almost immediately for product failure shortly after purchase. Easy installation, but didn't quite fit. Had to chisel out space for the strike plate as it didn't line up properly. Hard to use as it doesn't work consistently . Replacement only recognized finger print occasionally. Codes sometimes didn't work. From time to time, I would have to use the app to unlock the door in order to get into my home! Recently the lock reset itself and I was told that I can't change or add a passcode or fingerprint. As I was told that I couldn't update the code or fingerprint, I was using the app through my phone and suddenly the lock stopped connecting to bluetooth! Complete failure of portability! The door knob randomly locks and unlocks on no discernible schedule. COMMUNICATION WITH SUPPORT: Apr 15, 2026, 3:58 PM to support How do I reset my passcode and fingerprints?
