I installed this lock on the door to the garage and have been really happy with it so far. Installation was straightforward and took about 20 minutes with just a screwdriver. It fit the door perfectly and feels solid once mounted. What I like most is the flexibility, keypad, fingerprint, key card/fob, phone app, and a physical key. It’s really convenient not having to rely on just one method, especially when your hands are full or you forget your phone. The fingerprint reader works well most of the time, though occasionally it takes a second try, which hasn’t been a big issue. The auto-lock feature is a huge plus and gives peace of mind. The media could not be loaded. I like this door knob and keypad with several options to gain entrance. The fact that it locks automatically is a huge. benefit. I was a little unsure about downloading the app from a company I had not heard of before, but the app works fine. Our finger prints do not read 100% of the time, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. When the finger print reader does work properly (we just try a couple times if it does not work the first time) or if we use the included key fob or a key code to gain entry, the green light illuminates and it beeps and unlocks immediately. I feel extra safe knowing that it locks immediately when we close the door. I wonder if we could get this re-keyed to fit our original house keys. Installation was easy and I was quite proud of myself for doing installing it on my own. It has been a challenge to find a deadbolt lock that looks nice with this so I may relocate it to a different exterior door. I love the quality - the door knob seems heavy duty, not cheap or flimsy, but is not difficult to turn. Great value and happy with my purchase! ... show more
