Only allows one video but the fob, fingerprint, code, and Bluetooth on app all work instantly. Options are great, add multiple users, you can set timer to relock after opening automatically after a certain time. This thing is great. Used as a redundancy for access to closet holding gun safe, ammo locker and document safe. Even if you get through this...the rest is bolted in and heavy duty. Prevents unintended access by kids, house guests, and so on. It has a key back up as well.

This door handle is amazing. It was easy to assemble and put in place with the exception that the box didn’t state whether it was a left turn or right turn handle, so it had to be installed upside down. Even with the issue of installing upside down on the outside of the door, there are three other ways to unlock it, aside from entering a personal code on the keypad. The three ways to unlock it are: finger print (individually, you can set up to six individual fingerprints, key fob (it comes with two that you program from an app), or a key (it comes with two). There is a convenient app that is downloadable with a QR Code specific to the door handle you purchase that allows you to set a schedule to ensure you never forget to lock the door. It also conveniently features an in app “lock feature” that allows you to lock/unlock or verify lock status in case you accidentally go to work/school and forget to lock the door or get locked out. It can be opened completely remotely from your phone only. The downside to the feature is only one person can control the manual in app lock/unlock feature, so two people wouldn’t be able to have it or use it separately. Regardless, it took all of 25 minutes to read the very easy instructions, install the door handle, and test it. Setting the fingerprints and key fobs up took a little over 7 minutes with 3 users. I feel super safe with the door handle knowing I won’t go to bed and forget to lock it or if one of the kids gets locked out, they aren’t forced to sit outside with the 3 features to open the door or using my app to unlock it. Highly recommend, just be aware that your door handle may have to installed upside down, like mine. Manufacturer should really add with side the door handle being purchased turns!

Love the Security of this lock. It's easy to use, it comes with keys, a keyless card, you can use your fingerprint, and/or a 6 digit code. I love the multiple options. Love that I can assign temporary or permanent codes. There's more that I haven't adventure into yet but so far, I'm very pleased 😌

It’s a good lock. I’ve had couple different one’s. This one is so far the best one I’ve gotten. Verry easy to set up. Took 5min to install. High quality and seems durable. Easy to add your family members and easy to send temp codes. You can unlock it from anywhere if you get gateway. It’s nota subscription one time buy. Range from $7 all the way to $70+ if you don’t get the gateway you can still send temp codes, get notifications, open it through app if you're in range, lock it, set times, timers etc. Just won’t be able to be out at work and unlock it and lock it without the gateway. No subscribing fee. And it’s short enough so you can also use dead bolt lock. My last one I couldn’t use deadbolt so I had to put a plate on the hole. Now I took the plate Orr and paired it with a smart deadbolt lock. That uses the same app. Great set up. I purchased a gateway for the two but haven’t came in yet so I can review that feature.

I really like the quality of this lock. The price is great and the installation was easy. The major problem is not being able to lock it from the inside unless you use the app or have the gateway. I bought the gateway and now I just ask alexa to lock the door. I love all the options to unlock. The key, the fob, the code and the fingerprint. The fingerprint is working great so far. I also like the way it looks. It’s pretty sharp.
