I purchased this for my mom's front door, and it is holding up great to be almost a year (if not a year already) old. It still works in hot, cold and rainy Florida weather conditions and the key fob that comes with it is durable as well. You have the option to use key fobs to unlock the door, a fingerprint scan and type in a code. I think it's a pretty cool deadbolt lock at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

After installing 2 of the same brand locks with a handle. I ordered this one to put on the front door. My thinking was, now that I new the programing method of this brand, this one would be easy install. I was wrong, the programing of this was completely different than the locks with handles. In any case, once installed it functions fairly well. Batteries seem to be holding up. I like having the options for unlock, rfid, key, fingerprint, code. My most used unlock option is the fingerprint, unfortunately it is hit and miss. I even stored my same fingerprint a couple times thinking it might make it easier to 'decode'. I'd say 33% of the time it reads it first time, 33% it takes 2 or 3 tries, and 33% I end up having to use the code to unlock.

I purchased this lock to replace a similar door lock that had a keypad that was very difficult to see in direct sunlight because the numbers weren't lit too brightly. When I first got it, I almost returned it because it, too had an electrically lit up keyboard (I thought it was going to have mechanical buttons instead). I decided to install it anyway and I'm glad I did. The numbers are bright enough to see even when the afternoon sun is shining directly on it! I hardly ever need them because the fingerprint and key fob functions usually are all I use. My previous lock had neither of these. Programming is fairly simple as long as you stop when you are done! The voice commands may persuade you to keep going even though you are finished. LOL Installation is pretty straightforward. I did have to "hand" the lock twice though. My door is left handed and it took 2 times for it to recognize that. I probably wasn't holding my mouth right. LOL I would recommend this lock. It is well built and works great.

These were great. I bought 2 for Christmas presents and everyone was happy with them. They were easy to install and set up and they have all of the major features but at a much better price. I love that you can use a code, a fob or a fingerprint...so it is convenient for everybody. It's been almost a year and there haven't been any issues.

Definitely read the instructions to figure out how to install it first. Love it. I didn’t use the second door knob. So far it’s working out perfectly. In beginning of book it shows each type of screw with the type by it I suggest looking at that prior to make sure you use the proper ones or it will cause issues. Lock has great easy to use features and is easy to install as a replacement for an existing deadbolt that uses a screw-in recessed faceplate latch bolt. Rated it 4 stars because unfortunately the supplied latch isn't made for conversion to a drive-in (no faceplate) configuration that is used in some doors like mine. However, I found that the pictured drive-in latch is compatible: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NMKH8RY. Hope this information helps others that require a drive-in latch to use this lock since it has many great features and works well.
