Overall, this keyless entry door lock is a solid and well-made system, but it falls short in one important area: child safety. Easy Installation and Strong Build The assembly was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and I had it installed and functioning in no time. The structure feels sturdy and durable, with a solid and secure fit. I feel confident that it will hold up well over time. User-Friendly App and Convenience I love the app integration, which makes it easy to manage and monitor access. The fingerprint recognition and keypad are responsive and accurate, adding an extra layer of convenience. The auto-lock feature is a great bonus, giving me peace of mind when leaving the house. Stylish Exterior, Mismatched Interior The exterior handle has a beautiful vintage style with a classy, timeless look that enhances my front door. However, I wish the interior handle had a similar vintage design, as it feels too modern in comparison. A matching vintage aesthetic would have been a nice finishing touch. Child Safety Concern My main issue is the lack of a child safety feature. With all the other high-tech capabilities, it seems like a miss not to include a safety lock option for families with small children. As it stands, anyone could walk up to my door, and my toddler could easily open it. Even more concerning, my child could wander outside without me noticing. A simple child-proof mechanism would make this system far more family-friendly. Overall I’m rating this product 4/5. It’s a great option for households without young children, offering strong security, convenience, and style. However, the absence of a child safety feature makes it less ideal for families with toddlers or small kids. If you don't have little ones, this is a reliable and stylish smart lock system.

The media could not be loaded. I have been having trouble with my lock for two days since I got it I can’t enter a code or connect to my phone because it says operation exceeded And I also can’t factory reset it because it says the same thing Here is a video of what I’m talking about

Product looks good, easy install. Good instructions, but disappointed it’s blue tooth only, not WiFi. And the number 7 button did not work right out the box.

The instructions are a little confusing, but install was straightforward with the video in the photos here (no link to the video in the instructions). Get 4 AA batteries before you start, and a Phillips head screwdriver. Unfortunately, my old strike plate holes had rounded corners, and the new ones have sharp square corners. So chiseling out the corners took longer than replacing the deadbolt. Be sure to have time to set up the app immediately after installation! It will unlock with ANY fingerprint until you have it set up. You have to pair through the Tuya app, not your phone's Bluetooth (this part is confusing in the instructions). So far, the app is easy to use, and I was able to add our entire family's fingerprints through my new account. The kids are hot and miss with fingerprints working, but they can always use the code to get in. Between the installation and app set up (for multiple family members), it probably took almost an hour an a half. If you have to drill holes it may take longer. If your switch plates fit, or you keep the old ones, it should go faster. I recommend programming in at least one fingerprint with each hand, as you may have a hand full when you get to the door. The metal is not very thick or heavy, but the deadbolt is sturdy. Overall, it seems to be reasonable quality, but not the very top quality. For this price and with these features, I recommend this lock.
