Product looks good, easy install. Good instructions, but disappointed it’s blue tooth only, not WiFi. And the number 7 button did not work right out the box. Update: Seller contacted me, they offered refund and replacement of the item. I excepted the refund, but I had no need for another unit that is not WiFi compatible. I appreciated their response to solve the issues. If they come out with a WiFi enabled version I would consider purchasing it. ... show more

Purchased this because my wife leaves the keys in the house all the time. The key pad works flawlessly once you get the lock and frame lined up correctly. The issue is in the regular door handle. I had it lined up, and the latch itself didn’t slid very well. In some cases it got stuck. I removed the latch and handle and upgraded it, now the whole system works great. 4 AA batteries to run the touch pad, and they are easily changed from the inside. The app seems to work fine also. Need to upgrade some parts to make this a proper deal. ... show more

The product is overly complex to install, and the handle stopped opening the door after 5 days of install. Unfortunately, I did not install the door assembly until after the return window. In addition to the non-functioning handle, the screws provided are silver and the handle is black - unattractive. The auto lock on the deadbolt will not work if the door is tight. I have to replace the whole thing. BTW I am an experienced mechanical person in my job. It is not the user. ... show more
