I bought this and installed it the same day . Super easy to install and this works great!! I love the keyless entry and the fingerprint option which gives this product an added feature which is something the others do not have that I have seen. You can lock or unlock remotely from your phone and maintain camera security remotely with your phone. This product is so worth the money . The lock is a dead bolt which is high quality . The actual speed of the locking and unlocking mechanism is fast and wait less. This product comes in handy when the kids are locked out or you forget to lock the door when you leave ..and the ability to be able to check to see if your home is secure while you are away is very settling. My mom came over and I was unable to unlock the door for her from my phone while I was at work. I was able to see when she left and then lock the door behind her so no one had to worry about keys. My kids lose keys all the time or forget to lock the door behind them and this product has lessened the burden of losing keys and worrying about not locking the door. No kore keys!! I absolutely love this product . I'll be ordering a few more for Christmas presents!!

The media could not be loaded. This smart lock is very easy to use. It combines a fingerprint door lock video doorbell and camera all in one. It connects to 2.4HZ WiFi and video transmission is very fast. Battery life is excellent it’s weatherproof no worries about rain or dust. Also you can use about 50 fingerprints. So funny my daughter use all her fingerprints to get the door open easily. Also you can set the time to automatically lock the door. If you not home you can use your smartphone to unlock the door. The quality is very high. Very worth the price. Now I don’t worry about I forgot to bring the key or I have to run back home to open the door for my friend or family to come over. I really recommend it.

BUYER BEWARE, this is a low quality falsely advertised product. Three problems: 1) I've had to replace the batteries twice in 3 days. 2) The instructions are so poorly written, that I had to resort to trial and error to finally program a code. 3) The camera only works upon ringing, which is not what the product description advertises. Do not waste your time or money, even if you can return this piece of junk, you're still wasting your time (unfortunately for me, I missed the return window)

Pros: Instructions were clear and installation went relatively smoothly. I love the temporary password function. I installed this at an Airbnb and I can set a unique password for each guest with a specific schedule of when it gets activated and when it deactivates. I also like that the chime doesn’t automatically ring when the electricity flickers (which is common here). Cons: I bought this thinking it would serve as a 2-in-1 product - WiFi key lock and security camera. And while it does have camera capabilities, it doesn’t let you check the camera unless someone presses the doorbell button. So if someone is trying to enter the house without pressing the doorbell button, you would not know. I’m not sure what they were thinking since the camera capability is already there. Would it hurt to add the option to check the camera whenever you want? Another disadvantage is that you can’t remote lock the door. So say you left your house and forgot to lock it. There’s no way to lock it remotely. Again, why??? Lastly, I was able to connect it to the Tuya app, but so far no luck with connecting it to Alexa.

The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this multi function lock. It has integrated camera where you can see the visitors on your phone. You can either use password to unlock or fingerprint which is more convenient. You also have the capability to lock and unlock using your phone. This is especially helpful when you are away from your home. The lock will automatically lock itself after sometime from unlock position, in case you forgot to lock after closing the door. It has speaker and build in voice to tell you the status and guide you through the setup. This is so far the most sophisticated multi function door lock i’ve ever owned. Super happy!

Install is easy. Auto lock doesn't work most of the time. What is especially frustrating - the camera swithes on only when someone is using the bell button. Not activated by motion, not activated via app. Basically, useless. Can't return after an installation, but will be replacing with a better model. Update: the seller refunded the purchase. That was quite nice. Didn’t have to return it. Upgrading to 5 stars for the refund only

I used this to lock a small armory door and it works great! Easy installation, fingerprint works great for the 4 months I've had it in service. Having a key for a manual backup was critical for me and this was one of the few that offered it. The finish is very nice and matches my other hardware.
