Product looks nice, and is easy to use. The deadbolt seems a bit cheapy and isn't as solid when in use. Fingerprint reads nice and quick. Buttons are little difficult to press with them being small.

The door lock is well made, sturdy, and very attractive, which is great since it doesn’t take away from the curb appeal of my home. It came with a very well written set of installation and programming instructions, in color! It included templates for installation on doors that don’t already have a dead-bolt lock. I found it very easy to install since it came with everything needed for a quick install. I can create individual codes for summer renters when I rent my summer home, that way each renter will have their own separate entry codes, both digital and biometric. The media could not be loaded. The item arrived on time in excellent condition. The first thing I noticed was was how solid the lock seems. I installed it on an existing entry door, so no drilling was required, but there are detailed instructions, and templates to install on a new door. As previously mentioned, the installation instructions are excellent, very detailed, and easy to follow. The fingerprint reader is a little temperamental, sometimes it works perfectly, and other times, it take a couple of attempts. It has an audible feature that speaks commands and info. What's good about it, if one thing doesn't work, you have a standard key, or a code number that you pick. Very happy with the product. ... show more
