I’ve been using this master locker for a few days now and honestly, I really like it. Setting up the PIN and fingerprint was super easy, and both work really well. The fingerprint sensor is fast and hasn't given me any trouble, which is a nice surprise. The media could not be loaded. Installed last night and was extremely simple and straight forward. It’s been less than 24 hours, so if any developments arise I’ll be sure to update. This is exactly what I was looking for in a lock. I rely heavily on other people’s reviews of products and spent some time before deciding on this one. It wasn’t one of the highest rated keyless locks and I’m not sure why. Again, time will tell. But let me lay out every consideration I had before purchasing. We’ll start with the one thing it’s missing and that’s WiFi connectivity and remote locking, but literally everything else in my house is connected to Alexa and that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I’ll just get up and lock the door manually. The price can’t be beat. For under $50 it was worth the gamble. I replaced my well known brand keyless lock for this one and already more impressed (granted the other was 10 years old and lacked the bells and whistles, just a simple key pad). Plus it came with a matching lever, so it was nice to update the look of the front door at one time. The finger pad- what a game changer. As I said in the video, I programmed several of my fingers so I don’t have to think about which to use when I approach the door. You really don’t need to press hard, I wonder if that’s where some people have issues with that feature. Not once has it not registered and it unlocks quickly. This may not bother other people, but other brands had the robotic voice and I could not deal with that. A simple beep is enough for me to recognize the door is locked or unlocked. I chose this one over others because of the actual keypad buttons. The touchscreen pads didn’t seem durable in my opinion. Lastly, this detail may seem odd, but I appreciate that it didn’t have the brand on the keypad. I had a weird feeling that if someone wanted to enter without permission they could just look up how to override the lock if the info was visible on the outside. Again, odd, but I thought about it hahah. Literally my only con is that the deadbolt key entry isn’t covered, but it’s a very, very small detail that I can look past. Thanks for reading my novel! I’d say don’t be dissuaded by the price or this not being made by a more well known brand. It’s “cheap”, but not cheaply made.

The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes for this keyless entry deadbolt and even ordered multiple units intending to upgrade a few doors in my property — but unfortunately, none of them worked as expected. The main issue: the lock mechanism doesn’t turn. It feels jammed, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. I tried everything from reinstalling to troubleshooting with different door types. After seeing the same issue across multiple units, I suspect it’s a manufacturing defect, not a one-off. To make matters worse, I reached out to the supplier for support and never received a response. No instructions, no guidance, no resolution. Cons: • Lock mechanism doesn’t function • Poor product quality across multiple units • No customer service response • Wasted time and money on returns This product is not just frustrating — it’s a security risk. If you’re considering this for home or rental use, I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are better-reviewed, more reliable options in the same price range.

I love this set up, it made life so much simpler. You can use the key ir you can set up multiple codes, so each person in your household and/or family can have a separate code. It makes it so easy to give people access and take access away at the same time. The battery life is great, I have had it over a few months and the batteries are still going strong. The lock is great and it's quiet.
