The media could not be loaded. We’ve had the Classic and Elite Keurig. This one is the best we’ve had so far in my opinion. Here’s some thoughts that may help if you’re trying to decide between Keurig models that I wondered about because it can be overwhelming trying to read each models options. I honestly don’t think we need the WiFi option on it, but if your a person that likes to start your coffee from your phone or tablet while you’re siting on the couch or in bed then this would be a neat option for you. You can do different settings in the App as well. If that doesn’t matter to you then I’d think about choosing the K supreme plus (without the ‘smart’ option) that has all the same options ( I believe) without the WiFi and costs less. The options on this model are more than we’ve had on previous Keurigs: 1. You can save personal favorite settings and just press that one button each time instead of choosing the strength and temp each time. I believe there’s 3 favorite settings you can save for 3 people or 3 options . 2. More options for the temperature (see the video) I put the thermometer under it while it was running at the hottest setting. ( see pictures) The hottest it got up to was 182 while dripping, the cup of coffee right when it stopped filling up was about 173 degrees . For us that’s pretty hot and does get hotter than the Eilite we had previously. 3. More options for the strength (see the video) 4. 5 prongs vs 1 puncture the pod to get more flavor out of your coffee which I did notice. 5. WiFi settings if that’s something you’d like to have are pretty neat. You don’t have to be connected to WIFi though to use the Keurig it’s just an extra option. 6. A lot Quieter than the other Keurigs we’ve used . 7. It tells you if a used pod is in the machine so you remember to take it out and not reuse it. 8. It takes a picture of the coffee pod you put in and sets the machines settings to where it feels you’d get the best cup of coffee from that brand or type of pod you put in and you just hit start. ( Or you can bypass it and choose what you want) 9. The handle on the water side is awesome, much easier to take off and on to fill up. It hold just a little more water than the elite but looks smaller. 10. It is a slimmer shape and doesn’t take up a ton of room. It’s kind of an L shape , you can’t move the water to the back like on another Keurig model but the way it sits is great for us & still takes up less room than previous models. 11. This may seem little but it has a spring to the top which makes it nicer and easier to open than previous keurigs. The time it takes to fill your cup is a little longer the stronger you go but that’s a good thing in my opinion it just means it’s letting the water soak into your pod to get more flavor from your coffee. People mentioned it splatters out of their cup when it’s filling their cup up so I was worried about that. I did notice a few little splashes with some dots of coffee on the counter which isn’t fabulous but it’s really not much at all to wipe it down each time. It’s really very very little. This Keurig model we feel is the best one we’ve gotten due to the extra options , doesn’t take up as much counter space and looks very pretty in my opinion…it’s not plasticky looking like the previous ones , the top part is a pretty shiny black metal and feels heavy. Have to say that this new Keurig makes far better tasting coffee than our prior Keurig. It reads the indication code on the pod and sets the temperature and strength automatically. We find ourselves drinking the whole cup and going back for seconds. The tank is easier to see too.worked great right out of the box. Set up was simple and the phone app was also straight forward. I was originally a little hesitant to buy it because of the price but it’s clearly a great value and well worth the money. I would not hesitate to buy another or recommend it to friends n family. ... show more

I made a coffee then made some tea. Both are good. I rate this machine as great except the phone app. I would use it if it didn't make you connect to the internet. A little too intrusive for a coffee maker. They want you to order all your items. Sometimes the coffee pods from the factory are ok and some weak. So far this comes out strong and hot. I put it on max strength and xhot, perfect. Don't need to waste coffee. ... show more

    • This was Keurig's last chance and they failed miserably

Update: Called Keurig support and they refused to replace the defective coffee maker but on top of that, they also refused to repair it. 200 dollars down the drain. Stay away from, at minimum, this line of coffee makers from Keurig, if not Keurig completely. Their K-Supreme products don't last and Keurig will not repair them. I also did not appreciate their pressure sell tactics after refusing to help with the defective coffee maker. They were pressuring me to buy another coffee maker from them on the spot, after refusing to fix the one I have, with out time to look at reviews, for a whopping 20% off and free shipping, BUT I had to order before the support person hung up or the offer went away. Thing is, Keurig is having a sale on their website now, up to 50% off. They didn't mention that I could get a K select model for 50% off, or a K Supreme for 40% off, they were only going to offer me the 20% off of my choice of coffee makers and only if I did it right then. Pretty dishonest if you ask me. This $200 coffee machine should have lasted longer than 14 months. This machine was far from smart. It was very slow to brew and never put out as many ounces as it was supposed to, it was always a couple ounces short. Will not buy another Keurig. They have no quality control and don't care if they put out an inferior product. Find yourself another brand, you will save yourself a guaranteed headache and will have better coffee. This was the last time I let Keurig disappoint me and steal my money. ... show more

    • coffee better than my nespresso but agressive on wanting to auto deliver

Flavor better than my Nespresso and the app is very good (assuming you are not against a coffee maker needing to connect to wifi). However, the deals they offered on pods (50%) were no better than Amazon and more than Costco at the moment). Plus the app and Keurig web site are very "aggressive" pushing auto delivery. I do not want auto delivery and never will (unless they offer better prices than they do). I don't like them taking advantage of a captive audience. I just want a decent cup of coffee when I want it - period. I don't want to be part of their marketing program especially when it costs more than Amazon! They must think everyone is stupid or never heard of Amazon. But, it's a nice machine which works perfectly with many adjustments to make it the way you like it (hotter in my case). The other good news is that the cheap pods from Audi's taste as good as the expensive ones (in my non-expert opinion) ... show more
