This is a nifty little umbrella that opens easily but folds to be very compact. I easily fits in the side pocket of our small car's door ready for action. The color is vivid red, my wife's favorite and it's made of quality materials. Going to be using it today since it's pouring outside.

This is a very nice compact umbrella from a well known manufacturer. What is unique about this umbrella is that it is extra slim (the handle is oval shaped instead of round. That design allows it to fit so much more easily in my car's door pocket. As an added bonus it is auto open/close for easy operation. Very nice product.

This ShedRain umbrella in the Sugar shade instantly won me over with its soft pink color—it’s just plain adorable. I live in the high desert, where rain is rare event and I don't need an umbrella, but I travel to the coastal Northwest where it rains more days than not. I never check luggage and use a carry-on plus personal item backpack, so everything I pack needs to justify the space it takes up in either of these. This ShedRain Super-Slim Compact Umbrella is exactly what I was looking for. It is so small and slender, I can slide it into the outer zip pockets of either my rolling carry-on and even my backpack. Yet, the build is strong and I don't feel like I'm sacrificing anything over a larger umbrella. The one-touch button releases the umbrella instantly, working flawlessly, and closing it is almost as effortless. The fabric repels rain which also makes it easier to close when you're about to step inside a shop or restaurant and need to shed any water. I appreciate the silver metallic color on the inside because it reflects what light there is on dark winter days and I believe helps with wind resistance. Plus, you can just feel and see the quality. It isn't some cheapo supermarket/drugstore quality. Super glad I ordered this and look forward to using it for years.

Very nice umbrella and compact. Fits easily in my glove box for those occasions when I'm out and it starts to rain. I wouldn't say that it is particularly better at being an umbrella than other umbrellas, but it does appear to be more sturdy than a dollar store umbrella. The button works as it should to open the umbrella, but I find stowing the umbrella a little strange. The fabric doesn't wrap on itself as I expect it should.

We haven't had a rainy day to test this out yet, but our first impressions are fantastic! My wife's favorite thing is just how compact this umbrella is! It is so small and lightweight, she can easily toss it in her purse or I can keep it in the side door of my car without it taking up any space. Even though it's light, the frame feels surprisingly strong and well made, so I am confident it will be able to hold up against some decent wind without any problems. We are actually looking forward to the next rainy day so we can see how well the water repellent fabric works! This is a great umbrella to keep always on hand, just in case. It is a standard size with sufficient coverage for one person I would say. For an umbrella that looks this nice, and takes up so little space, this is a great value and seems to be very high quality!
