After waiting a week to receive coffee machine, plugged it in, stayed on for less than a minute then shut off and would not turn back on. Tried other outlets same thing, no power. Returned the next day for replacement, now have to wait another week for it to get here. Not happy. Well here is an update. Received second coffee maker, unpacked and plugged in. Love the look but was way larger than expected. Mine was a pre owned model but you’d never know as it was professionally packaged with all the accessories and a QR code to see the manual online.

Very good quality. I like being able to adjust the heat and strength of coffee. My previous keurig only had 1 setting and the coffee was weaker than I like. Very simple to use. Also the cup size regulator is a good feature. Very good value for the money. Good quality machine.

The gray looks good with our quartz counters. So far we get the correct size cups, I changed my personal setting to 8 ounces. When you make coffee it does spatter on the unit and counter, A design flaw, but easy to wipe up. Hopefully this one will last for many years.;

I'm really disappointed with this kurig machine. It was used less then 10 times and broke. I submitted a request to have it replaced because it was a really nice machine and I loved the look, but I haven't heard anything back. Shipping a little slow , First one did not work. Return was easy. 2nd came pretty fast. This one works well. Make sure you follow directions or look it up on YouTube or whatever source you have access to. No manuals are included. But does work well.
