Excellent coffee maker. I did extensive research on cheaper brands before deciding to go with quality and dependability. Kerug has been an elite brand from my experience. On this particular unit I like the extra storage K-cup holder that fits on the serving pod when not in use. It helps the unit to ride safer for travel. It's perfect storage for my to-go coffee pods and fixings for use at a hotel. I also like the single serve water reservior that doesn't add weight for travel vs. a larger capacity tank. It's easy to dry or wipe out to make it quickly ready for travel. The chord storage is a good safety and convenience feature. I kept the prong cover for travel. This unit allows me a more relaxed time of getting ready in the mornings and time for devotions with coffee before launching into my agenda for the day. I have had past regrets of not bringing my own coffee maker to hotels for travel. Now, I will have peace of mind to have my preferred coffee in consistancy, the same as at home. I love the size and the color. This is perfect for our house as I’m the only one that drinks coffee and I typically only drink one cup daily. I love the “strong” option. It takes up very little counter space and I liked that it had a pod storage container that fits in it to have a streamlined “closed” appearance. I’ve been using it almost daily for quite a while and it still works perfectly. It’s also really easy to clean and maintain. I ran a water/vinegar cycle through it to clean it out and wash any mineral residual away and was pleasantly surprised at how clear the liquid was after going though the system. ... show more

This little coffee pod machine has stood the test of time! It’s durable, perfect small size for smaller size kitchens, and has been working seamlessly daily, for me for nearly 4 years now. This is easy to use, easy to clean, and more importantly, it makes great tasting coffee. Definitely more than worth the asking price! I will buy this again pretty soon… ... show more

What I like: nice looking machine. Functions well. Compact, convenient and easy to use. Inexpensive and very wide variety of K-cup pods. Makes great tea! What I don't like: makes good coffee, but not great coffee. I find that a simple drip brewer usually makes better coffee. But his is one serving and it's pretty good for what it is. Though easy to use, it can fool you. Several times I poured in a cup of water, hear the water get sucked through, then nothing for about a minute. Absolutely no noise. In the early morning, I questioned myself thinking I was sleepy and forgot to put in water. So, I put in another cup of water. Then waited again. Then it heats up, and now I have 2 cups of water going to a single mug of coffee. So be careful. If you're the type who wants a decent cup of coffee in you're rush to run out of the house, this is fine. The coffee is good enough. It's quick and not much to clean up. If you like coffee and want a good cup, I would suggest you get a cheap old brewer. But I've noticed that the tea pods are fantastic! Very convenient and tastes great! I was going to give the machine away until I found the tea pods. BTW..the included cup container is absolutely useless. Keurig, please consider not including it with the machine...wasted plastic. ... show more

Kerig received with coupons that expired May 2023, a red flag. It would not work, trouble shooting done by manufacturer. Findings were defective purchase with an expired warranty. This happened the day item was received. Asked to send pics of pot with my name, date of purchase on paper in front of pot, model number, copy of proof of purchase, copy of post office tracking and delivery. Told no need to return, trash or recycle. After pics were received, immediately received email the info ie pics were not acceptable. Upon receiving Kerig a replacement would be sent. Followed by request for my physical address (I use PO Box) as UPS would pic item up at place of abode. I then receive email with bar code to use at Staples to return via UPS. So today after inconsistencies I’m going to Stables hopefully for a successful return. Problem is at manufacture in that they mail item not Amazon. They do not check model numbers, warranty expirations, and sell useless items. Poor PR for consumers. Forgot to mention the troubleshooter asked if had K pod in pot. Answered no, and stated per directions one is to first run water through FIRST before making first cup of coffee. Today February 1, 2024 I received email your Kerig is on the way. Unfortunately to physical address and not mailing address. I have PO Box for safety, live in multi apartment building where others take packages of others. This was explained in detail when they requested physical address. First Kerig was mailed to PO Box, so why not replacement?? If it is stolen as many packages are I’m in for more corespondency, and will request refund to charge card used for payment. Replacement Kerig mailed Monday of this week via UPS and received today Wednesday. The coffee maker works fine and I like the upgrade, btw no additional cost. It comes with large water reservoir so no need to add water for each cup. When warm weather come will try ice coffee feature, I’m sure it will work fine too. It took some time to resolve issue but it is now resolved. I would purchase Kerig products again, good maker, and customer support is accommodating. ... show more
