I purchased the Certified Refurbished offering. It arrived well packaged and in good working order.
It’s compact size makes it great for it’s intended use, as we travel from our sold home in California to our new home in Idaho. We’ll be stopping along the way, and will want what we consider to be “good” coffee.
To accommodate tall travel mugs the lower silver lined bottom tray has to be removed, an easy task. The water reservoir holds, and is marked for for a single cup of coffee. Our metal Contigo Travel Mugs are (about) 16 & ¾ Inches tall with out their lids. The water reservoir water fills our Contigo cups about 2/3’s full. Great if you take your coffee the cream and sweetener. The thing now to be aware of is .... your patience.
Here is how I proceeded:
• Plug unit into a power outlet. • Place coffee cup below. • Pour water into reservoir, up to the bottom of the red upper border. • Open lid in front and insert your favorite brand of coffee pod. The act of opening the front lid powers up the unit. • Close lid. This presses the coffee pod into place. • If you prefer STRONG coffee, press that button first, then press the big round silver button/disc on top of the unit. • An indicator light, on top, will flash, indicating the unit is working. • THIS IS THE POINT WHERE YOU MUST BE PATIENT. While operational, the unit is not the FASTEST device ever created. However, given a few minutes the water drains from the reservoir into the unit, is heated, then runs through the coffee pod and into the cup. When not making coffee, there is a storage compartment that holds 9 Coffee Pods. When you’re done, dry the Keurig parts off, pack it up (re-assemble, if you will) & away you go! So far it is a fine purchase, I recommend it! . .

Easy to use and coffee tastes good. Works well for one person. The k-cups are a little expensive but you can get an insert to use your own coffee which cuts down the price. I would recommend this coffee maker.

I needed something simple to make K-cup coffee while camping. I had an older model mini-keurig but think I must have allowed water to remain inside that froze over the winter. So this was a replacement. Simple to use, a) add water, b) place K-cup and close, c) power comes on automatically, d) opt whether to select 'strong' button, and e) tap flashing circle. Now go do something else for a couple of minutes while your coffee gets ready. Consistently good.

A very much like this machine. It's a little more difficult than the other Keurig machines but perfect for small counter spaces. Does need to be kept on strong in order to get the best coffee tastes and strength. It does take a few minutes longer to brew, but, all in all I am pleased with the machine.

I've had good luck with refurbished items, and often will order these. This time, something slipped through the cracks. I'm familiar with Keurigs, have owned a classic for years. The Keurig Mini Plus sounded like a good idea because of the add-water-each-time feature, and that it did not have water standing in it even when the carafe was empty. No longer have a big household, so this appealed. I followed directions, ran the first 6 oz of water through and it hung up after dispensing about 2 ounces. I followed the instructions for cleaning the needle-nozzles with a paper clip, tried again. Many loud, weird noises, and a spray of water into the cup, but still only a few ounces. Re-read all instructions, unplugged, refilled, and it wouldn't heat - just pushed water into the cup, partway. Cold. Etc, etc, etc. I kept at it, reluctant to give in to failure, but finally realized it just wasn't right. Went to the Amazon site, and chose to message/text with an associate, who was helpful in sending a return label for me to print. And off to UPS it went. Very sorry - had high hopes. I don't give one-star ratings easily at all - but truly, this earned it.
