This is a cut down version of the one I had for 8 years. There are only 3 choices of cup levels to choose from so, if you have those really large mugs you will have to fill them twice. It doesn't come with the clock or programmable timer so you have to turn it on in the morning and wait. It does have a two hour shutoff and the coffee temperature is much hotter than my last one, which I like. All in all, it works fine, just without all the bells and whistles that commands a much higher price. ... show more

The machine's pump makes a lot of noise (in my opinion), and I'm not so pleased with the options...guess I should have repurchased the Kerug that I had before, but thought I didn't want to pay that amount again. The machine is okay, but wished I'd just replaced the original one I had.
