Replaced a four year old version because buying the replacement pump was more than half the cost to buy this unit new. Brews coffee fine but the reservoir is much smaller than the one it’s replacing. Couldn’t tell that prior to unpacking it.

Bought this for my mom as a gift after she saw my Keurig during a visit. This is similar to the original classic Keurig I bought in 2013, but less expensive, and is as easy to use. Let me say my mom is extremely satisfied, and on every call with her, she excitedly tells me how much she loves it. She now makes custom coffees in her personal K-cup and enjoys the 3-size selection choices. A win for me and for her. Highly recommended as a gift and for your home use. ... show more

Our coffee pot arrived today, and the box was damaged and taped up. When we opened the box, it was not put together as it should have been. We went ahead and put the coffee pot together and when we put the water in it kept leaking out of the water holder. There was water everywhere on our counter. We noticed the water holder is cracked and the water was leaking out. NOT HAPPY! ... show more
