    • Surprisingly good coffee!
I owned the original Keurig years ago, but the k-cups were too dang expensive so I went back to pour-over (better flavor, not bitter). I bought a K-mini back around 2018 for when my sister would visit, but never used it much. While traveling and in a hotel that did NOT have a coffee maker in the room (why?) I bought an Instant Pot version which was very good, solid machine - the coffee flavor was decent but not the best, and I still like that little machine. All of that said, I have some models to compare this one with - I bought this one because I do like a good flat white, and I'm down with making espresso on the stove, but given my hectic job I typically have to make coffee in between or during conference calls, so something faster is ideal. I was very attracted to the "shot" and "iced" option on this model in particular, and since it was a great price at the time, I decided to go for it and try this model out. I wouldn't have bought this if it wasn't on sale. I was not disappointed - it makes a great cup of coffee when using store-bought k-cups. I prefer just one brand, and while it's not as good as the pour over, it's very full flavored (I'm a coffee fanatic, can't live without the stuff easily) and VERY good for when I'm in a hurry. It makes a stronger cup of coffee overall, which I like. Also, it's very narrow and doesn't take up counter space, which I definitely appreciate. I tried out the "shot" option - it does what it says it does, and I had an excellent (and much cheaper) flat white, so as far as I'm concerned - given the flavor and the shot option alone - this unit is a keeper. I already had a milk frother that I prefer, so I can't attest to the one sent with the kit - it will be a good backup for the one I have. Anyway I definitely recommend purchasing this unit if you're on the fence. ... show more

    • Love this machine
Small, doesn't take up to much room, holds enough water so your not filling it every time you want a cup of coffee as well as water not sitting in there for a week at a time getting old. Makes a decent iced cofee and an even better cup of hot coffee. The frother just adds some crazyness to your coffee. I like to add some light cream and a little flavored cream and froth away.. Remember, iced coffee is brew over ice. It doesn't come out cold, but it's not as hot as a hot cup of coffee. ... show more

    • Frother stopped working
My old Kuerig died so I ordered this one because it came with a frother. I loved the frother at first, but it stopped working after about two weeks. I didn’t bother returning everything and instead bought a hand held frother that works well.

    • Perfect for my needs
I bought this Keurig Barista due mainly to the small countertop footprint. I honestly didn't have high expectations for this machine, but wanted a single serve coffee maker; my daily use machine is a Cuisinart Grind&Brew. I researched the many models out there, and ended with this machine - again due to it's small footprint, like an add on to my Cuisinart. I was AMAZED and continue to use it daily and exclusively. I have encountered ZERO problems with leaking, drip missing the cup, not working, working crazy and not having an on-off button makes no difference in my case; I merely leave it plugged in and the lights go off until my next cup (what's the big deal?) The coffee quality is amazing. Better than my grind and brew. My sister has a Nespresso Vertuo and my Keurig Barista is JUST as good without taking up half of my countertop, or having to purchase special pods. Lastly, the milk frother..........makes anything you put into it DEVINE. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase and would highly recommend. ... show more

Was missing parts- milk frother- had to call for a replacement. Item will be shipped 5-7 business days. It’s quick! Like immediate brewing - love it

    • No water filter holder
This is NOT my first Keurig. This is the first time my Keurig showed up without the water filter holder. The instructions that came with the machine says it is sold separately! WHY? I am not talking about the filter, I am talking about the piece of the machine you snap the filter into. Also, I went back and looked. No where on the page to buy the machine does it say you need to buy the water filter starter pack separately. Even the often bought together section doesn’t suggest it. This is probably something that should be mentioned in big bold letters! It would have been so easy for me to add the starter kit to my order. Instead I am standing here needing a cup of coffee and I have to wait yet another day for one of the most important parts of the machine to show up. I have purchased over a dozen Keurig machines over the years this is the first time the filter holder was NOT included. Still trying to decide if I am pissed enough to just send it all back… ... show more

I was so happy with this Keurig combination that I bought one for my daughter as well. I love love, love having a cappuccino every morning. For some reason, it makes the liquid hazelnut creamer taste sweeter, so you can use less sugar or sweetener. This combo is one of the best ways to enjoy coffee. It even has a 2-ounce espresso setting. Don't hesitate to buy this combo; you will thank me later! ... show more
