This Keurig is amazing! We have been using Keurig brewers for at least 10 years now and all have been good to us! Keurig’s customer service is top notch as well. I set up a little coffee bar in my kitchen and added this new brewer and it is the best I have used so far for iced coffees! The chiller tank on the back keeps the water cold and doesn’t melt the ice during the brewing process. To keep the water chilled, it does have to run constantly and the fan will kick on and off throughout the day but it doesn’t bother me at all, it’s fairly quiet. The lights do not come on until the handle is lifted and it shuts itself off automatically. Another great feature is the self cleaning cycle it does after every brew, which will help to keep it running well between descaling. If you are an iced coffee lover like me, get this brewer, you won’t be disappointed and will probably save some $$ on going out to get it!

FINAL UPDATE--Over the past couple years my family and I have gone through FOUR of these. They have all been well-maintained and treated with care, and they have all broken seemingly out of nowhere for zero visible reason. I was willing to be kind because it's a novel product and when it works it's incredible, but obviously four separate coffee machines breaking within a span of a couple years is ridiculous. Last Keurig I will ever buy, but I kept them in business for a few months with my purchases. TLDR: it was an incredible 5 star product until it broke after 4 months of regular use. I'll keep it short and sweet. This is my favorite coffee maker I own, and I own a Breville Barista Touch and a Nespresso in addition to the Keurig Brew+Chill. My first couple iced coffees were very disappointing, to the point I almost initiated a return with Amazon. But once I got the right amount of oat milk (or creamer) and sweetener dialed in I swear this is some of the best iced coffee I've ever had. Better than Dunkin and Starbucks for sure. Obviously the taste depends on the K-cup you use, and the convenience-factor adds some brownie points, but I don't think I'll ever go out and get drive-thru coffee again. The way the machine works is a little unique. Basically for iced coffee it has to "charge" over time. The first time you use the machine it will take 6 hours to charge fully, and once it's charged it can make about 4 iced coffees in a row and still make them very cold (I'm talking sub-60 degrees which for coffee is insane). After that you can still brew iced coffee, it just won't come out very cold. For hot coffee, it works like any other Keurig. But if you only brew one or two iced coffees in like a one hour time period, it charges very fast. The only downside I can mention is the fan noise--in order to work, the cooling apparatus has a fan that runs almost all the time as the machine charges. My house is open-concept, and I can hear the fan in my living room very clearly from the kitchen, which is about 30-feet away. I got used to it pretty quickly, and it's MUCH quieter than my GE Opal Ice Maker. But it's worth mentioning in this review. Overall I ADORE this coffee maker. It feels revolutionary. I got it on sale for $170, which for what you're getting, seems insanely affordable. I plan on buying another one for my house in another state so I don't have to haul it with me every season. UPDATE 4 MONTHS LATER: It broke out of nowhere. Just straight-up stopped working. At first the Descale light lit up, so I ordered the Descale formula and followed all the steps. I thought the problem was a clogged needle after descaling didn't fix it, but cleaning the needles didn't help. It sounds like something is wrong with the pump that pulls in water from the tank. I can't get hot or cold coffee to brew at all. Instead of contacting customer service I just ordered another one because the four months that the machine *did* work were lovely. All that to say: your mileage may very. I dropped the review score from 5 stars to 3, because $200 every 4 months is a high price to pay for iced coffee at home, no matter how delicious and convenient it is.

I had Keurig Classic and Keurig 2.0 (hot and iced). They both still work. I gave the first one to my Mom and I use the other in my office at work now I wanted something different and considered Ninja, Instant Pot, and Keurig brands. In the end, I picked Keurig Brew+Chill - better reviews, based on my personal experience with the brand, and some new features. The size is a little bulkier than what I would have liked but it will do. I love the multi-stream technology - it pokes 5 holes on the coffee pods, strong brew, brews hot & cold, 70 oz water reservoir. I just received and set this up yesterday. I filled the chill tank with filtered cold water from the fridge. It made some sounds that sounded like your kitchen fan blowing on low setting. I pressed the “quiet” mode so then it changed to just a low humming noise. The sound didn’t bother me at all. While it was cooling the chill tank, I felt some warm air coming from the side vent, right behind the water reservoir. It almost felt like your desktop tower blowing some air. 24 hours later, no more noise and warm air blowing. I think it will come on based on your usage of the “cold” brew. Because of the chill feature, this needs to be plugged in at all times to maintain the water cold. So far, I brewed 2 Keurig Iced CoffeeHouse drinks Pineapple Passionfruit and Strawberry Açaí. I also did 4 hot brews of Starbucks, Kirkland and Keurig coffees. For all the ones I made, they are all good as expected with no issues. I will try to cold brew the traditional Keurig next. My coffee mug in the picture is a 16oz and fits. Some of my 24 oz travel mugs fit if I remove the bottom tray. Anything over 8” tall will not fit. This model would only brew 6 to 12 oz at a time. I would have liked a espresso brew to maybe 4 oz? Back to the cold brews - the machine will do an auto rinse maybe 30 seconds immediate after the brew is completed. I put a cup underneath and for 2 cold drinks, only 1 drop each came out from the nozzle. The bottom tray however was almost full. So, it looks like when it rinse, the water goes through a tube from the inside to the bottom tray. Also, I still have to add ice to my cold drinks. Maybe it’s just a matter of preference? There’s no hot water button on this one but if you just want hot water, say for your oatmeal, just brew hot like normal but without any coffee pods in it. It’s actually good to run plain hot water on your machine from time to time as it helps clean it in between. I did that on my previous machines. I also recommend filtered water only. Don’t use tap water or distilled water. I wish it came with a built in frother. I bought a separate Keurig frother and I will download the Keurig Barista app next so I can try some flavored coffee, latte and cappuccino. I’m excited. The traditional Keurig filter cup won’t fit on this one due to the multi stream feature but I read that one will come out in Feb 2025. I will also try that to make my own using regular ground coffee. Even though I had no issues with my other Keurig coffee machines, I purchased the 3 year protection plan, just in case. Make sure to register yours for warranty and support purposes. 🙂

As far as I know this is the only machine that makes ice cold coffee on the spot without it being commercial. It took all night for it to get a solid and blinking bar on the chill indicator, which means it wasn't completely charged, but was enough to make 2 8oz glasses of iced coffee. No waiting time and no ice cubes needed! The iced coffee was delicious when set with the strong function. There is little noise, but I have it next to both my AC and air purifier which drown out any noise it makes. I have to put my ear next to it to hear it going on the highest chill setting. It self cleans after use when using the chill function. It drains a little into the catch pad underneath but it fills it just a little and very easy to pull out and drain. The fill tank is very easy to fill too compared to my previous Keurig. Overall I'm very happy with this machine. Now the real test is to see how long it lasts. I have a reverse osmosis system so I don't need to worry about descaling but I did see in some reviews that these Keurigs that use the fast heating elements can trip a thermostat on the element and it has to be taken apart in order to reset it. This will happen if there isn't any water in the resevoir when it's pulling or after 120 brews, whichever happens first. I hope this isn't the case to reset, but it is covered by my protection plan so I'm not too worried.

Worth the moderate up charge to get the chilled iced coffee option. Chilling fan runs a lot. Fan is relatively quiet. First cold brew is very cold and doesn’t need ice, second cold brew is ok, an immediate third cold brew will need ice and some recovery time.

Warning Purchased this for my daughter for Christmas.She started using it in January 2026.It stopped working a couple of days ago.She called me and needed to see about the warranty.It has a Year manufacturers warranty.I gave her the number to call and she called them.They troubleshooted and then they turned in the request.They emailed my daughter yesterday and told her because I purchased it that the receipt was in my name that the warranty was invalid.My daughter called me back yesterday and told me this. I called them today and told the agent the issue.She said to tell my daughter to call back and tell them what happening ,and they would connect her to costumer care.I am waiting for my daughter to call them.I feel like one foot doesn’t know what the other foot is doing and we are getting the run around.I will never buy a machine from them again. I am very disappointed in this company.Follow up my daughter called them back after the 4th time of calling them and they said we would receive a new one within seven days.With all the trouble I have had I probably will never purchase from Keuring again.Just to frustrating to deal with.Hopefully this new one will work longer.update received a new one and it worked for about a month and stopped working again same thing as before.This machine is not worth the hassle

The hot function works great with the newer multi stream 5 point water injection system! Love being able to choose a quick regular brew or the ever so slightly slower "Strong" brew option. I did read the reviews before purchasing and understand that the cooling function does take quite a bit of time to recover between cold brews. I believe it is using a Peltier element for the chilling function as there is no noise of any type of compressor. However. I was able to do 2 back to back "chilled" drinks at the 10oz. Setting on both using the Strong option and they both turned out equally around 40 Degrees F. which is awesome! It does take around a hour and a half to recover the cold engine. The noise output from the fan is actually pretty quiet, I do not even use the quiet mode. Also another thing I really like on this new model is the water pitcher is now in the front for super easy access and refill option. The addition of the handle is great! No more clumsy holding a half moon shaped reservoir at the sink. The only thing I noticed you have to be more mindful of is the drip tray. When using cold brew it will auto rinse itself every time using a little water then dumping into the drip tray. It is surprisingly only a small amount. I can brew a average of 6 cups before needing to empty the drip tray.
