Bought this for our home. Was able to run the plumbing myself and used a generic inline filter. Works great, makes better coffee than the cheap home keurigs. Love never having to fill a reservoir.

    • Keurig K-2550 Water Leaks and Error Codes with No Resolution
I read the reviews and complaints regarding water leaking under the K-2550 coffee maker prior to purchasing my unit but made the decision to purchase anyways. I was looking for a direct plumbed single serve coffee maker and wasn't finding many available options. I purchased the extended warrantee plan figuring that my purchase would be well covered if the unit I purchased had the leakage and error issues that I had read in the reviews. My K-2550 coffee maker arrived in January and within the first few weeks of usage, I experienced the issues that I'd read about. Significant amount of water leaking under my unit along with intermittent error codes displayed on the touchscreen. I've had multiple conversations with AAA_Appliance with no resolution. I've forwarded all the requested information including photos of water and water stains on my counter. The communication with AAA_Appliance indicated that my warrantee claim was being processed and eventually a message stating that my claim was closed. I received another message after challenging this claim closure with absolutely no resolution stating that they were circling back with Keurig. This was 8 days ago and still no response or resolution. I currently use my very expensive K-2550 only occasionally and need to turn off the unit and shut the direct plumbed water line after each use so I don't return to a flooded kitchen counter. I'm still hoping for a claim resolution or at least a full refund but my advice is not to purchase the Keurig K-2550 Single Serve Coffee Maker. Excellent coffee maker. Love having it plumbed so you don't have to keep filling a tank. I would have given it 5 stars, except the serial number in the one I got didn't allow me to upload my own picture instead of the Keurig add that loads then the machine is not in use.

What a deal! How have I lived so long without this coffee maker. I had seen this in our bank lobby @nd knew we had to have one. I hate filling Keurig reservoirs. Never again. This Keurig is a must have for any coffee drinker. We did have a professional plumber install it and we also purchased the filter system that he also installed. ... show more

This is replacing a Keurig B3000SE so I’m a bit spoiled. The K-2550 works well and the display is nicer than the B3000.

K2550 delivered to our office today to replace old malfunctioning K3000SE model. Fast setup, just hooked up existing waterline. 15 mins. Skipped the instructions. Ran a couple of of empty cups thru to clean out and "Boom", good to go. Works perfectly. Everyone is happy '-) No empty K-cup tray which eliminates the need to clean out empty ones every couple of days. Highly recommended for a small office or department. ... show more
