Don't even bother wasting your money on this. The thing couldn't even handle 4" of freshly fallen snow, before it shut off completely. The cheap, plastic "fins" that spin around to blow the snow spin for about 5 seconds and then get "stuck" on the snow accumulation you're trying to remove. I tried for 10 minutes straight to straighten things out but the shovel itself is so entirely flimsy, it feels like it's going to totally fall apart as you're trying to push it through the snow.

The snow and ice we encountered in southwest virginia was too heavy to move with the snow shovel but I'm keeping it since we do get dry fluffy snow as well.

Worked great, but the scaper on the bottom was broken off when I received it. Probably would have been better if the scraper on the bottom wasn't broken

Kesfferch Cordless Snow Shovel, 21V Brushless Motor, 4.0AH Electric Snow Blower, 14" Clearing Path - 26 ft Throwing Distance for Sidewalk, Deck & Patio(2 * 4.0Ah Battery & Quick Charger Included) This, to me anyway, is obviously a tool to be used to clear off small areas or light dusty snow of a few inches. I used it only under these conditions as we oddly had our huge snowfall in November. Very early for the Chicago metro area. The power is sufficient for lighter snowfalls and smaller areas. I love the no-cord feature (and I have a corded one for deeper snow). I have plenty of experience with snow and understand the limitations of snow removal tools. Use this when a shovel will take too long. Use it when you can make some noise. Although it is much quieter than the snow plow guy in the street! Don't use it during a blizzard or to remove deeper snow. Keep it away from rocks, pebbles, small animals, or any tall grass. Use it on snow falls of a few inches, or use it as the snow falls to keep from having to take top layers off. It will work best with powdery ski weather type snow. It is heavier than a shovel, but it has a handle for your non-dominant hand similar to larger leaf blowers. I prefer to not have to use that handle too much. In the right conditions it is a valuable tool. Don't expect it to be a heavy-duty snow monster. I like it for stairs, short walkways, porches, decks, etc. I recommend for lighter snowfalls and those who can bend over and hold the second handle.

This shovel isn’t made for thick snow or a lot of snow at all. I didn’t get the light and fluffy snow, therefore it didn’t work for my needs. It kept shutting off in 5 inches if snow.
