We were looking for an office chair, and this one came into our interest. This one has a good design to support back and body. It is a good fit and very comfortable! It can adjust the sitting level and reclining angles of this chair. The material is nice and durable. I picked the mesh material as it usually lasts longer and still looks good after a while. We can adjust the armrest and the height of the headrest. All adjustments are easy to get to while seated. I wish the neck rest could be a bit more flexible to be able to push back a little. The price is reasonable especially with coupons. We really love this chair, which allows longer time sitting. It is very easy to assemble, and it took about 30 minutes. We really love this chair, great choice!

This was the exact chair that I have been looking for. The chair matches the color of my daughter’s room very well.She was impressed by how amazing the chair was. The instructions on how to put the chair together was clearly shown and easy to understand which made it super easy to assemble.The seat was very soft and comfortable. There was even a lumber support that protected the lower back which made my daughter feel really relaxed while she did her homework. You were also able to adjust the height of the chair based on your needs. The armrest are adjustable as well. The chair was also able to move smoothly across the floor.The chair was stable and not wobbly.When I received the product it was packaged by the seller nicely.I would recommend this as a choice .

Update: The missing part finally arrived. They could have made this very easy on me but did not. All the information they needed to send me a replacement part was in my first message. A dozen back and forths later they eventually got me the missing piece, after a few weeks. If you don't mind repeating yourself and don't value your time, it's been a great chair. Original: missing part, poor communication from kerdom support. The chair is comfortable and seems to be well made for the price if it was complete. After several messages support says they are out of the part but will mail me one in a month or so. I'd return it but it seems more trouble than it's worth for just a missing decorative cover.
