Super happy with this however... Pro(s): 1. Looks great 2. Easy to use 3. Installation was super simple Con(s) 1. Not super warm (it does heat well, I probably have it just in to big of a space so it takes a long time) 2. Loud remote (also, the remote seems to use very standard RF signals, so some of my other remotes do fun things) Very pleased with this device though at this price point! I believe if I had it in a smaller room, not really the devices fault, I would even be happier!

This fire place is very modern looking and gorgeous. Has multiple colors. The best part of my transaction was the superb customer service I received from the seller directly. I had a minor issue with the fireplace so I contacted them. They responded very promptly and politely. They gave me multiple options to solve the issue. when I wanted to exchange and Amazon wouldn’t allow it but I contacted the seller again and they instantly made it happen. They kept in touch with me until the transaction was complete and I was 100% satisfied. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like this from Amazon sellers. They made me feel special and very important as a customer. It was a luxurious customer service experience. They deserve way more than 5stars.

The media could not be loaded. I really love this faux fireplace. It adds ambience to my space and the heat that it puts off is quite nice. I love how customizable it is! You can change the color of both the crystals and the flames. Want orange crystals and green flames for Halloween? No problem! Red flames and green crystals for Christmas? They've got you! My only complaint is how loud it beeps when you change any setting and it beeps whether you use the remote or the buttons directly on the unit. So if I want to cycle through the several colors, it's just gonna loudly beep over and over until I pick one. Not a big issue and not worth removing a star. But if you have a bird, they may squawk when they hear it, lol.

I was worried since it was going to be on the wall and not indented that it wouldn’t work right, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to install, worked as a built in or on a wall. The multiple options for colors of rocks and flames are so much fun.

Initial review using 30a and LOW setting; This is saving me propane in my camper. I like that it looks more real than many others and has lots of options. My camper is 50 amp, but I’m on a 30 amp circuit right now so it won’t go on the HIGH setting. LOW setting is good enough to keep the camper warm in 30-40 degree weather. Just a heads up in case it cuts out on you, it’s probably trying to pull more power than your outlet can service. Update: I added a 50 amp service, set heat to 69 degrees and air flow to HIGH. It worked for a couple minutes in a 69 degree setting and shut off. Something still isn’t right with my setup or this device. I’ll update again after uninstalling this to check the outlet amp capacity and wiring. Update: I verified that it’s on a 15 amp outlet and breaker. Still won’t work on the HI setting. Updated to 1 star and I’m disappointed in this unit. Final Update: After trial & error, I discovered that the shut off on HI setting was an airflow issue. I took my Dremel and cut out the slats on the back and an additional 1” lower to be sure it had plenty of air. It now works on HI without any more problems.
