The fridge itself has been great — exactly what we were expecting! The size is a huge upgrade from our old one, and it works perfectly. Delivery was right on time, and the installers were friendly and professional. However, they seemed a bit undertrained when it came to connecting the water line. They spent nearly five hours trying to get it set up, and unfortunately, during that time all of our food spoiled — about $500 worth. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they handled the situation really well. They refunded the installation cost and even issued a credit to make up for the lost food. Even with those hiccups, I’d still order again. The fridge is excellent, customer service was outstanding, and overall it ended up being a great experience! Bad design/engineering. Facts: 1. Top freezer drawer sags under load causing upper guide wheels to fail to track as drawer drops onto lower level while opening and closing. 2. Cheap plastic bins and shelf trims prone to cracking and breakage under normal use. 3. Freezer and refrigerator temperatures never obtain nor maintain temperature settings. 4. Ice in capture bucket glazes and freezes together due to inadequate freeze temperature. 5. Items stored in refrigerator door shelves never obtain proper cooling temperature. 6. Interior refrigerator cooling temp never exceeded 58° F. 7. Unit makes undesirable noises 24/7 during its cycle operations. 8. Units water valve inlet for the ice maker does not have a water hammer arrestor which places back pressure on your water supply system which, in turn, causes a violent hammer to your interior wal plumbing supply when a nearby valve is opened. I purchased this refrigerator in November 2024 for a home that I use only 2–3 months a year. Unfortunately, the product has been problematic from the first day it arrived. A technician came and informed me that a part needed to be replaced. I was told that this part would be coming from China, so I had to wait several weeks. The part was eventually replaced, but the refrigerator still did not perform properly. When I reported that the issue continued, I was simply told that “nothing more can be done.” Because I had to return to my home country shortly after, I was unable to follow up further at that time. When I came back a few days ago, I discovered that the refrigerator was once again not working. Since I only spend limited time at this property, this ongoing issue has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience every time I visit. I chose this unfamiliar brand because I trusted Amazon, but I now see that the after-sales service and parts availability are major problems. Should have read the reviews before purchasing, because this fridge is no good. Only had a few weeks and the top fridge stopped cooling out of no where. This caused everything in the fridge to get spoiled.

Kenmore refrigerator Didn’t cool to the safe range.It froze ice, so acoustumer might think it’s working fine,but the temp inside the refrigerator was only able to get down to mid 40s.
