Bought with Trust, Ended with Regret: Completely Unreliable Product
I purchased this refrigerator in November 2024 for a home that I use only 2–3 months a year. Unfortunately, the product has been problematic from the first day it arrived. A technician came and informed me that a part needed to be replaced. I was told that this part would be coming from China, so I had to wait several weeks. The part was eventually replaced, but the refrigerator still did not perform properly. When I reported that the issue continued, I was simply told that “nothing more can be done.” Because I had to return to my home country shortly after, I was unable to follow up further at that time. When I came back a few days ago, I discovered that the refrigerator was once again not working. Since I only spend limited time at this property, this ongoing issue has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience every time I visit. I chose this unfamiliar brand because I trusted Amazon, but I now see that the after-sales service and parts availability are major problems. I may have missed the return window, but I am writing this to ensure that there is a record of my extremely disappointing experience with this product and the brand.

Measure your door frames people.
Easy to put together and unpack age. Got cold really fast. A very nice refrigerator. Very quite you dont even hear it. The size is great. It functions as it's supposed to. Worth the money.

So irritated and disappointed
Don’t buy this refrigerator. First off the people they sent to install didn’t know what they were doing. Secondly, it had a dent at the bottom right corner (had to get compensated for that). Worst of all, it’s already not working after a few months and I just had to purchase a brand new refrigerator.

Quality and professional delivery and set up
I love it. It fits perfectly. It works great. I would buy again. There is very little to nothing noise level. It was a great price. It was delivered and the old one removed. They set it up and am very pleased.

READ THIS FIRST OR YOU MAY BE SORRY
Bad design/engineering. Facts: 1. Top freezer drawer sags under load causing upper guide wheels to fail to track as drawer drops onto lower level while opening and closing. 2. Cheap plastic bins and shelf trims prone to cracking and breakage under normal use. 3. Freezer and refrigerator temperatures never obtain nor maintain temperature settings. 4. Ice in capture bucket glazes and freezes together due to inadequate freeze temperature. 5. Items stored in refrigerator door shelves never obtain proper cooling temperature. 6. Interior refrigerator cooling temp never exceeded 58° F. 7. Unit makes undesirable noises 24/7 during its cycle operations. 8. Units water valve inlet for the ice maker does not have a water hammer arrestor which places back pressure on your water supply system which, in turn, causes a violent hammer to your interior wal plumbing supply when a nearby valve is opened. This unit is a total failure on all points and a complete POS.

Stopped cooling
Should have read the reviews before purchasing, because this fridge is no good. Only had a few weeks and the top fridge stopped cooling out of no where. This caused everything in the fridge to get spoiled. Unreliable seller, tried to process a return and its been 20 days no one has come to pick up the fridge. They told me it would be picked up in the next 72hrs of processing the return and its been 20 days. I feel like they don't want to process the return on the defective fridge.
