We had this fridge delivered yesterday!!! First and foremost service was awesome!! The fridge itself is a basic fridge. I do think the shelves are very thin but there is a lot of room!! I dislike the water placement as said in other reviews it’s awkward when getting ice. It seems a little cheaply made as everything is a little flimsy. I also think it runs louder than others we’ve had. It did get cold quickly and everything from my frenchdoor/freezer on the bottom fit nicely hopefully this one lasts longer than our previous one did!!! Edited to say my return window closed yesterday and now my water and ice maker are not working! You get what you pay for it’s a cheap fridge… ... show more

Some of the reviews have it right some don't. First of all the refrigerator came damaged. the bottom right is smash in on the fridge side. Not a big deal and doesn't effect the inside. there's 3 cooling settings and the "recommended" sets the temp to 32 degrees on the fridge side. I haven't tested the freezer side but everything is frozen. I haven't tested the ice maker / water yet. The waterline from my old fridge broke so i have to buy a new one. the doors when opening creeks and moans when opening even after adjustment. One review mentioned only small cups will fit inside the water/ice dispenser and they're correct. A normal cup will fit but not a large one. Look closely at the pictures because it is small. I'll update this review after a month of use. ... show more

I was a little apprehensive at first due to negative reviews. We ordered anyway and glad we did. The refrigerator works as expected. It was making ice within two hours. The only complaint is it shows fingerprints. Otherwise, great buy.

I saw in the other reviews about people talking about the ice maker and water thing. My 30oz Yeti tumbler does have issues fitting up under the ice maker, but it isn’t something awful. I just press the ice “button/ lever” lower and use my hand to make sure no ice sneaks out. This fridge was a good price for the value I feel. ... show more

I realized I'm grown, so I bought my first "grown-up" fridge. It's a nice, middle-of-the-road "mama, I made it" type of joint. I've had it about 6 months now and can say I still like it. I like that it dispense water and ice, but the light in the dispenser area doesn't really light up anything, so I'm still guessing where my cup is when I fill it in a dark kitchen. Oh yeah, and the light in the freezer exploded like the day I plugged it in. I finally replaced it the other day, and it won't turn on. So I mean...4 stars. Prolly more like 3.96. ... show more

We're a family of 7, and our fridge broke. I would have had to buy a floor model $2500 fancy fridge from a place like BB or Sears in order to get something before the end of the month. So, I ordered a fridge from Amazon. I already know Kenmore is a great brand - and this fridge is perfect. Plenty of space, lots of ways to configure the shelves, built-in filtered water and ice. But ordering a fridge from Amazon? We had no idea what to expect for delivery, but the gentlemen who came from Innovel Logistics were incredible. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. We have a very tight space in our kitchen and a fairly narrow door. They were able to maneuver the old fridge out and the new fridge in with no trouble at all; they communicated regularly about when they would arrive, arrived in the window they said they would, and gave us a courtesy call about an 30 minutes before arriving to let us know they were on their way. They were knowledgeable about the fridge's operation and answered all of our questions. Best delivery experience I've ever had. The fridge is already cold and ready to use and it's been installed less than 20 minutes. Happy all the way around with this experience. ... show more
