I've had this fridge about 45 days now and have had no problems with it. It keeps everything cold, the ice maker works great, and the black finish looks sleek. I saw some other reviews saying that the ice maker and cold water dispenser levers were too close together. That issue must have been fixed as the ice maker lever is below and recessed from the cold water dispenser, you couldn't mix them up now. The online delivery and pickup of my old fridge went perfect. Such a great price and wonderful side by side refrigerator. We ordered it after the one in the garage died. Within a few days we had our new one. The guys that showed up were amazing!!!! Great attitudes and service. Wish everyone's attitudes were as great as theirs. We have a steep driveway so they had to park on the street and haul it up with no complaints. Not only that they were friendly, smiling and joyful. Wow!!! I've got to say it was the best experience!!! Thank you! ... show more

We purchased this fridge four months ago and are happy with it. The order process, including setting the delivery date/time, was quick and easy. The days available for delivery allowed us to pick a time convenient for our schedule. The delivery service came early in the delivery in the window, called ahead of time to let us know when they would arrive, and had the fridge set-up in 10-15 minutes after they arrived. The fridge itself is good quality, with no issues present at this time. The only "complaint" we have is the service would not connect the water line even though the water line was right behind the fridge, but that was simple enough to take care of. Worth noting is the freezer size may be considered a bit small if you plan to store a lot in the freezer. This is not an issue for us as we have a separate chest freezer. ... show more

Considering this is the lowest price fridge of its size and type, there’s really not too much bad to say about it. Things to know before you buy it… The plastic parts like the door shelves, our extremely chintzy And will probably break within two years. Also the water and ice dispenser in the door is very badly designed. if you use a larger cups, you will probably end up with water and ice on the floor. ... show more

We're a family of 7, and our fridge broke. I would have had to buy a floor model $2500 fancy fridge from a place like BB or Sears in order to get something before the end of the month. So, I ordered a fridge from Amazon. I already know Kenmore is a great brand - and this fridge is perfect. Plenty of space, lots of ways to configure the shelves, built-in filtered water and ice. But ordering a fridge from Amazon? We had no idea what to expect for delivery, but the gentlemen who came from Innovel Logistics were incredible. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. We have a very tight space in our kitchen and a fairly narrow door. They were able to maneuver the old fridge out and the new fridge in with no trouble at all; they communicated regularly about when they would arrive, arrived in the window they said they would, and gave us a courtesy call about an 30 minutes before arriving to let us know they were on their way. They were knowledgeable about the fridge's operation and answered all of our questions. Best delivery experience I've ever had. The fridge is already cold and ready to use and it's been installed less than 20 minutes. Happy all the way around with this experience. ... show more

We had this fridge delivered yesterday!!! First and foremost service was awesome!! The fridge itself is a basic fridge. I do think the shelves are very thin but there is a lot of room!! I dislike the water placement as said in other reviews it’s awkward when getting ice. It seems a little cheaply made as everything is a little flimsy. I also think it runs louder than others we’ve had. It did get cold quickly and everything from my frenchdoor/freezer on the bottom fit nicely hopefully this one lasts longer than our previous one did!!! Edited to say my return window closed yesterday and now my water and ice maker are not working! You get what you pay for it’s a cheap fridge… ... show more

I was a little apprehensive at first due to negative reviews. We ordered anyway and glad we did. The refrigerator works as expected. It was making ice within two hours. The only complaint is it shows fingerprints. Otherwise, great buy.
