The media could not be loaded. The tool itself is decent, but you will want to replace the hose it comes with. The seal is poor and allows air into the hose. Also poor quality rubber. I find that it is still worth the value of a replacement hose. The quick connection fitting is standard size which is awesome. Once you eliminate any air from the hose, it does indeed seem to be a great product, and a great price.

This would be good for a small job but not for much else. The spray is narrow and would take forever to do a patio. What it does clean it does well, but it's evidently not meant for mildew buildup on a patio. I'm returning mine.
