I love this lamp. I would definitely recommend it. It is very well made, but a little pricey. I went back and bought a second one, I loved it so much. It is dimmable, and on high it puts out quite a bit of light, but I only bought it for the ambience.

I love these lamps! They kids complain when I use candlelight for special meals. They complain it’s too dark. These lamps fix that problem. One charge lasts all night and then some. I like that the brightness is adjustable too. They are a good height to be able to look and talk around.

I feel that -- given the disparities between the product page and the product -- I am being generous rating this product 3 stars. The product is pretty much as pictured, with 1 of the 2 lamps in the set I received looking exactly as pictured (but for the lamp shade actually showing the shade structure wiring when the light is turned on). UNLIKE THE DETAILS ON THE PRODUCT PAGE: 1. the light is NOT dimmable 2. the shade is flimsy with the wiring showing through when the light is on 3. the shade color is NOT beige -- it is white 4. 1 lamp and shade of the 2-lamp set I received is defectively crooked 5. contrary to the sparse product insert, there was no charger enclosed; but there are 2 e-charging cords. I also ordered and received another (but smaller height) lamp from a different manufacturer. So I know there are more substantial lamps available with better shades, and that are dimmable -- although at a higher price and sold individually. ... show more
