I am a heavy lifting Pro Bodybuilder. But, shoulder pain is always a problem for me. Especially when I work chest!!! I decided to try this...and I am very happy with the results. My lifts are improving, and my shoulder pain is much less while using this product. I use it for flat and incline bench...also, machine presses. I decided to try it for standing barbell shoulder presses and machine shoulder presses...and it really helps improve the shoulder pain. The trick is deciding how high on your upper arm to place it for each exercise. Too high...and it hits you in the throat. So, there is a learning curve to using it properly. Also, I don't use it for light, warm up sets. I put it on after I am fully warmed up and ready for my first real set. It also seems to keep your form prefect...which is a big plus. I definitely recommend this product!!

I've used the KCROSS press band for over 2 months doing bench press 2x a week, it's perfect for me because I generally workout with 185-250 lbs, it provide much needed relief for my shoulders and front delts which I need to be fresh for work.excellant on incline bench press.I've never tried or used another brand and probably wont because this one does the trick

I bought this to help support my shoulder after an injury and overall it does that well. Let's begin with the value for the money, I gave all five stars (when normally I don't) because for the price this item is great. It does feel like if I go too heavy It may tear or wear out so that it's not supporting me as much as it does now. I didn't give all 5 stars for comfort but only because it does slide a little when I use heavier weights, which puts it closer to my neck and chin during reps. But the material feels great even on bare skin and does not pull hairs on my arm. this is why I gave 5 stars for the quality of the material. I plan to buy another and also see if the other colors allow for heavier weights.

Full disclosure: I am a sports medicine physician. I am in my 50s and I have torn rotator cuff. I am realistic now and cannot bench press 300lbs anymore. I am trying to get back to 200 lbs. This device is genius. What it does is save elastic energy so you can get the bar off the bottom of the chest. It's akin to a powerlifting shirt for those who know what that is. Biomechanically, the bottom of the bench press requires rotator cuff activation and triceps to "dig you out" . This device has made it so I can get full range without shoulder soreness after workout. It's also a bit of a spotter but don't ever try max bench press on your own! If you're young and injury free, not sure this will help much except for a bit of cheat at the bottom. Good luck!

I baby an injured shoulder and lift light in fear of making it worse as I build it back up. I bought this item from KCROSS to help me lift more weight without hurting myself more. I am beyond impress how well it works. It keeps the shoulder from flaring out as you bench press and it has allowed me to double the amount of weight I was lifting and now what was my max lift is now a warm up. I highly recommend this item for shoulder pain or to help keep your form as you work on your bench press. I will keep buying these as I increase weight. Be sure you get the one that corresponds with the weight range you lift

Would be better used as leg band for pre-squat stretches. Was far too loose fit across chest and material stretches way too much. Need sturdy material or its pointless.
