Great Solid Little Couch
Color: Green
Size: 81” Sleeper Sofa
Our couch was shipped in two packages but the instructions were clear and outlined the fact that needed pieces were potentially in another box. Even with 2 small children running around f we were able to put the couch together in an afternoon. It is an incredibly comfortable couch. My husband's only complaint is that he feels it might be a little too firm and that soft fuzzy covering on the couch makes him feel like he's sliding around. I personally do not share these sentiments and very much enjoy our new couch. It has been the perfect addition to our living room and our kids love it too. They are constantly crashing into it or jumping on it and it's holding up great! The area for storage is obviously thought through and has safety features built in. I very much recommend this couch for people looking for a low profile and comfortable couch. The sleeper portion is easy to use and moderately comfortable for an overnight sleep. Has been great for having short term guests or even sick kids camping in the living room. The charging ports are slow but that's not too much of a bother for us, just can't do high powered gaming plugged into the couch. Still would recommend this couch overall.

Good for price
Color: Black
Size: 81” Sleeper Sofa
This couch is great for the price. It’s not the most comfortable in the world, but it’s storage efficient and space efficient. When you pull it out, it’s about the size of a full size bed which is perfect for guests. The only thing I really don’t like about this couch is that it’s a pain in the ass to assemble. It comes with basically no instructions. When I went to assemble it I just had to watch the video on the product page which was not incredibly helpful. It took me and three other guys damn near three hours to put it together. Other than the assembly, though it’s a pretty good couch.

Great Couch So Far!
Color: Black
Size: 81” Sleeper Sofa
I bought this couch almost a month ago and it’s been great so far. Shipping: for me it was shipped through FedEx. I did have issues with FedEx delivering it but I live in NYC so I think my issues were a special case. The boxes (2 large boxes) were both a little damaged but nothing inside was damaged. Assemble: I assembled 95% of it by myself. The left arm rest is still not attached and eve after a stronger friend tried, we could not get it to go in/connect to the rest of the couch. For me it’s not worth it to complain or try harder since my couch will forever be against a wall. The assembly took me alone about 2-3 hours but I was watching tv and the room is very small so I couldn’t spread things out as much. I imagine you could do this in closer to 1-2 hrs if you had a friend help and more space. Still not horrible to do by yourself by any means. Couch: I adore it. It is VERY black so you don’t have to worry about spills or spots showing up. It did shed a tiny bit when I was assembling but after a quick vacuum of my floor, it hasn’t shed since. It is very soft to the touch. The hairs/fibers are about .5 inches long so it’s not a short hair fabric or a shag. It’s definitely in between. With a month of use, the fabric is still soft and not matting/clumping together. I have brushed it with a brush once and used Lysol to disinfect. It is a firmer couch but not uncomfortable. I’ve taken several naps on it and won’t hesitated to have a guest sleep on it. I do keep it extended 99% of the time. The pull out separates from the L section enough for the remote to slip through but it’s not a hassle to slid the pullout part back towards the L. The cup holder section is fine. I don’t use it that much and the cushion is as soft as the others. The small pillows it came with are also super nice. Overall: I would highly recommend this couch IF the measurements work for you. It’s definitely a great apartment couch and was easy enough to put together.

Fabric feels far to slick.
Color: Beige
Size: 81” Sleeper Sofa
The fabric for this items is so slick, it feels like its petroleum based. When you sit on it, you slide down. I gave this item a 2 because it was easy to put together. I'm not pleased with this product at all.

Great buy, highly recommend
Color: Green
Size: 81” Sleeper Sofa
We absolutely love this couch! It was easy to assemble with two people, its extremely soft to the touch and the cushions are firm but not too firm, just right where you can use it often and not create dips. We love the sleeper sofa pull out, we use it like a deep sitting couch and the storage is deep to fit alot of thing and opens and closes quietly and is very easy to pull open. Our only issue from time to time is when we pull out the sleeper part if you pull to hard it can easily come off the tracks and its a little hard to get back. With use im sure we will get used to it. Another great thing about this company is they offer a free 3 YEAR warranty! I had a small tear with one of my cushions and the experience with customer service was exceptional! They responded promptly and sent me a replacement within 24 hours of contacting them FOR FREE, no shipping cost or anything. I highly recommend this company and this couch.

Not bad for the money, but not great either
Color: Green
Size: 81” Sleeper Sofa
Wasn’t the easiest to put together, but not the worst either. It is VERY firm for sitting. For the money, it wasn’t bad to use in our office for video games and if needed as a guest space.

Super cute couch!
Color: Green
Size: 81” Sleeper Sofa
This was a bit smaller than I imagined but perfect for my small space. The side without the lounger took me quite some time to figure out you have to lift the couch up onto the side to slide into the railing and not like the other side you slide down onto the couch piece. Overall it’s super soft, comfortable I’ve even slept on it many nights. The cupholder is a nice touch as well as the charging ports have been the most useful to have. It went on sale $200 off hours after I purchased it so it hurt to spend $600 vs $400 but such is life. Oh one last thing.. the pillows are already separating at the seam which is a bit disappointing since I’ve only had it 4 months.

Mostly happy with this purchase
Color: Light Grey
Size: 81” Sleeper Sofa
I bought this to replace the couches in my rv. It fit perfectly, looks good, and is very soft to the touch however, it’s not very comfy. It will work since we just use the camper for leisure but I would not suggest for a full time RVer. I love the storage in the chaise and the pull out bed is convenient. Lastly, the rollers are on on the pull out bed section only so this creates a gap between the floor and the height of the slide for the chaise section. This is good for moving the slide in and out but I could see how it will lead to breaking the chaise. Everything you need is included for assembly and it took me roughly 2 hours to install by myself. Overall, it works for the intended use.
