I chose this roof mounted system after a lot of research. Ultimately it boiled down to the sturdyness of the system. The handyman that installed the system had some difficulty with installation due to the weight but said that it was overall relatively easy to install versus other systems he had installed in the past..The backboard looks great and all the neighborhood kids are gathering daily. Quality product. Would be nice to have better instructions with pictures, but we got through. It is quite heavy, so make sure you have plenty of help to install it.
