These stools were easy to put together and very comfortable. The seat is quite long, which adds to the comfort. They aren't quite flush to the ground so they rock a tiny bit but nothing worth making a fuss about. I love the velvet look and the seat size. Very comfoprtable!! Highly recommend!

These stools were a really nice addition to my kitchen. Received a lot of compliments. Only complaint is that there were no predrilled holes for the seat. Make sure you have a drill to help with the setup.

    • Nice Stools, but Could be Packed Better
I ordered these for a kitchen island/bar in my kitchen. I was looking for something that was smaller profile than the counter stools that I’d been using, The packing material, in my opinion, was not sufficient to prevent damage. The box did not look any worse for wear than my larger packages get, but the foam inside the box was not up to the task. I could see where the stool hardware had punched through the foam in places, and two of the four main metal pieces had the metal tabs where the screws attach pretty bent. I was afraid that they might not assemble properly, but the metal was softer than I’d expected and I was able to bend them back into shape pretty easily. I assembled one stool using the straight parts, and it went together pretty easily. Note that the screws used in the assembly.are hex screws. They include a tool for assembly, but since the screws are close to the frame, using a driver with an appropriate bit will make the job a lot easier if you’re not having to remove/reinsert the tool for every 180 degree rotation. The screws aren’t high quality, so some of them stick. A driver makes this job only take a few minutes. The seat cushion is attached to the frame using wood screws with a Phillips head. Since there aren’t any pre-drilled holes, a drill with a Philipps bit again makes this job a lot easier. The instructions say to not fully tighten the screws until it has all been assembled, but I would take that a step further and tighten the screws while someone else is sitting on the stool. I tightened up the screws on the first one after they were all in place, and the stool was wobbly since all four feet weren’t equal. I loosened all of the screws a little bit, then had my wife sit on it while I tightened them all back up. After doing this, they stool was leveled and didn’t wobble. There are no adjustments for the feet, so it has to be assembled straight. The second stool was made with thr bent attachments, but I was able to easily straighten them out. It assembled just as easily as the first one. After assembly, these stills look very nice in place. Since they’re not as deep as my old stools, they don’t stick out and fit nicely under the bar. The cushion fabric is very comfortable, and they’re shaped well. They ended up to be nicer than I’d expected. Time will tell if they stand up to years of sitting or not, but they seem to be pretty sturdy so far. I would have rated it one more star if they were packed more securely. ... show more

I love the look of the stools, the fabric isn't the best but the buttons on the border of the fabric looks very stylish. The stools rock a little, even with everything tightened, it's almost like the legs are not made for this style, but they screw into the seat. The instructions are horrible, so it'll take a bit of common sense to assemble. There are no extra bolts or screws, only an extra wrench so don't lose them and you will need a screwdriver. It took about 35 mins to put them together with no help. The seat is comfortable for short stints of sitting and look great with my decor. I think for the price they are worth the look on a budget. ... show more

So these look great and take up way less space than my old barstools did. The color is very nice as well. The stools rock a little, even with everything tightened. The instructions leave alot to be desired, so it'll take a little common sense to assemble. There are no extra bolts or screws, only an extra allen wrench so don't lose them. It only took me 35 mins to put them both together! If the instructions are the worse part, I can def deal with that as I am very pleased with the apace these save! ... show more
