The inside feels much less cramped than a typical single-person sauna tent. There is enough space for two adults to sit on the included folding chairs, and it also gives one person plenty of extra room. The full-height entrance is a nice touch because getting in and out feels more natural.

The remote makes the setup more convenient once the session has started. Heat levels and session time can be changed without opening the tent repeatedly. There is also a small interior pouch for the remote, glasses and other small items, so everything stays close by instead of sitting on the floor.

Using two 3L steamers makes sense for an enclosure of this size. Steam enters through multiple outlets instead of coming from only one area, helping the warmth feel more balanced across both seating positions. The five-layer fabric also helps keep the warm environment inside.

The steam generator heats up quickly. Just a few minutes after sitting in it, you start to sweat slightly. Although the space is not large, it is enough for me to curl up and enjoy myself by myself. After taking a sauna, I feel that the fatigue of the whole day has lessened a lot. Sometimes when the baby falls asleep, I can also secretly enjoy it for a while.

Fits adults of all heights comfortably for full-body sauna use. The sauna tent helped me detox and relax after long workdays. I can fold and carry it easily for use at home or outdoors.

This is a good option for someone who wants a full-size home sauna without installing a permanent sauna room. The enclosure can be taken down, the two chairs fold and the portable components can be stored when they are not needed. The black exterior also has a simple, clean appearance.
