Setup is really easy and only takes a few minutes. I set up inside my shower because it's large enough, but this can be set up anywhere. It heats up and steam starts within a few minutes only. The detox from this has helped me with allergies and aided my weight loss by detoxing. I'm very happy with this sauna. The quality of everything is great and I expect this to last me years to come.

The steam generator heats up quickly. Just a few minutes after sitting in it, you start to sweat slightly. Although the space is not large, it is enough for me to curl up and enjoy myself by myself. After taking a sauna, I feel that the fatigue of the whole day has lessened a lot. Sometimes when the baby falls asleep, I can also secretly enjoy it for a while.
