Aircraft grade aluminum is the primary frame material which boasts a limited lifetime warranty, and 1 year on parts. The S-Ergo series features Ergonomic design on the seat, backrest, armpads, brake handles, and handrims. S-115 series specifically feature removable and height adjustable footrest, breathable seat and back mesh upholstery, removable seat and back cushions, push to lock brakes with built in 2" extension, and a super compact folding frame for ease of travelling.

About a year ago my wife had a stroke and lost 100% use of her right side. She was using a wheelchair that we bought in the Philippines (where she had the stroke). It was no longer practical for her current situation. This wheelchair is fantastic. Easy for her to get in and out of alone. She can move around herself with just the use of her left arm and leg. When I am pushing her, the footrests are very comfortable and easy to remove/swivel. If I am pulling her backwards, I can do so with one hand, it turns easily and in a tight radius. The wheel locks are easy for her to set and release herself, even with only the use of one hand. The padded seat and back is comfy and the Velcro is very secure. The chair folds very easily, is light weight and easy to put into the car. It can be lifted with one hand. Very strong. We don't worry about it breaking/bending. It costs more than most of the chairs I saw posted, but this is well worth the money and we don't regret buying this chair at all. She loves it! ... show more

We purchased this for my father in law and it was perfect. Lightweight but sturdy. Easy for us to get in and out of the car and easy for him to maneuver. As his memory started suffering, he had a tendency to forget simple instructions but the brakes on this were visible and easily accessible, therefore he was able to see the brakes and set them before getting out of the chair. 10/10 recommend ... show more

I've purchased Karman wheelchairs in the past and have been very satisfied however I'm not happy with this current purchase, one of the back tires spins when I try to roll forward also the foot pedals are very difficult to take of and re-apply.
