I install it in 20’ it was easy you don’t have to follow the instructions you can tell what it goes where.. I connect it first time as the instructions I press the handle and worked after the air was out for 15’ My phone rang and I just leave the handle on a chair with the motor plugged In 5’ I tried to wash again my patio but NO PRESSURE at all.. I tried lot of times I tried what the instructions said for malfunction but nothing I will try again tomorrow to do all the procedures again from the start If it will not work I will send it back I had one K5 before and worked perfect for 2 years almost washing things twice a week for 1-2 hours use. I have used Karcher since 1992, some of the model features I don't want, but the functionality of the washer can't be beat. I have taken every one of my washers apart from new (voiding the warrenty). This one was no exception, got rid of the hose reel first, never did work well enough on my second one to use on this one.. Secondly, re-did the solution suction hose to use directly from the container without the adjuster. Used my brass quick connect for the water inlet instead of the supplied plastic one. Repaired the front foot brace which was damaged during assembly/shipping/handling with plastic epoxy, end of problem there. My model was made in 2019 but brand new, did not want their new wand with the electronic crap, I looked at their current offerings first, no thanks. I loaned my Dad mine to clean his deck before staining, could not get how close to hold to the wood without poor results, I build a roller which clamps onto the shaft and adjusts how far away the tip is from the wood so no matter where you hold the wand it is always the safe distance away to prevent damage. The extentions Karcher sells for this wand works, I have 3 kits I use when washing my 2 story vinyl siding, screwing several parts of kits together gives me over 22 feet in tip height, I clean the peak without a ladder from the ground. This one replaces mine from 2006, so with care and maintenance this new one should last 15+ years. I would buy this brand over the ones in the Big Box stores without thinking... ... show more

It is mostly plastic and I broke a piece already! But it works wonderfully for my needs. I have cleaned my concrete patio, my garage and my house with it! I like the change out of the two nozzles. For washing the house to have the nozzle that can go from soft (soaping) to hard(washing) without switching anything is great. I am switching out the quick connect it came with, cause it leaks like crazy. One other problem, the attachments such as an extension are not available. I needed that, had to make do. ... show more

I have had the pressure washer for a couple months now. I have to say that its not horrible but it definitely can be improved. The pressure is fine for washing a car and maybe patio furniture. If you plan on using it for a deck or fence or driveway, its going to be a very long week for you. The wheels are plastic and are a nightmare for pushing around the driveway. The cord wrap up at the end is horrible, something retractable could have been made for this. The wheel that winds the hose is terrible especially for a 50 year old women like me that doesnt quite have the best arm strength anymore. I feel like its going to break when I use the hand crank. I like the ease of using to wash my car. It takes up little room and isnt very heavy. I have not had any leaking which has been nice. ... show more

I was happy with this item till we went to use this summer but it’s leaking all over the place. Wasteful and just annoying. It should last longer than 2 years and only a handful of uses. My husband has been trying to put a band aid on it so we don’t have to buy another one, but that’s just what we’ll have to do. And it won’t be a Karcher. Bought this because I thought my 12 year old karcher died (it didn't, had a massive hydraulic lock). I ran it about 3 hours without flaw. Couldn't get the foam suction to work, but that my be my fault. Must set spray to low volume (I didn't). I didn't buy for the foam feature, but will use. The instructions could be a bit clearer: but workable. Heads up, the picture on the box is worth a thousand words. This is my third Karcher over 20 years (and my old one still works but a bit touchy). I'll keep using the product and I recommend for house hold use. ... show more
