I like when a product comes along that’s so simple to install, makes a statement and is affordable. It’s a rarity these days. This curtain rod hits on all cylinders. It’s very easy to install, looks great and much more expensive than it actually is. This is adjustable to a wide range of sizes and I’d be hard pressed to find one that is better constructed for the price. The color is an antique bronze look and it really stands out against a white wall. I have heavy blackout curtains hanging from this rod with metal grommets and they slide open and closed daily with no scratch to the surface. It very sturdy and hold a good amount of weight. This plus the drapes came in at under 60.00 dollars for the whole set. You could look at others, but this is more than I bargained for at an extremely reasonable price point. I purchased these curtain rods with the matching curtain holdbacks, and I am very happy with the set. I bought the 36"–72" size for a typical window and the 72"–144" size for a doorwall, and both worked really well. They were easy to install and looked very nice once up. These curtain rods look great and feel sturdy once they're installed. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because installation was a little frustrating. One of the mounting screws is in a tight spot, making it difficult to reach with a screwdriver or drill. Other than that, they've held up well and give the curtains a nice finished look. Very happy with this curtain rod!! Had a box store rod and needed a change. The finials are solid and beautiful and the color is spot on. I bought this length because honestly it was cheaper than the size I needed, but still adjustable to the space. The instructions were clear and parts accurately labeled. The length was customizable by using or omitting rod sections per the instructions. For my situation, you can see the seam where the rods meet, and I'm not sure if I bought the shorter length, if that would have made a difference, but not a deal breaker, and still looks great. ... show more

I used this to cover an oversized patio sliding door. It's more than long enough, but adjustable shorter as needed. There are four types of rods, individually marked: two endpieces, 7 pieces in between (you don't have to use them all), and one piece that slides into rightmost outer rod, so you can fine-tune the length at the end, which should be two to four inches beyond the bracket. It will help if you identify the pieces before removing them from their individual plastic wrappings. Sturdy but not heavy, gorgeous satin gold color, elegant finials to cap the ends.
