One end of the rod doesn't have any threading, so we aren't able to screw on the end piece. It's very frustrating having everything ready to mount and not being able to actually put the rod up because the ball won't screw in. It looks great and is extremely sturdy, but now I need to figure out how to attach the end piece. **EDIT: Their customer relations team reached out to me after I left this review and sent me a replacement. It arrived very quickly and was perfect! It was exactly what I hoped it would look like. They're so incredibly elegant and sturdy. Bought this rod for a double window in my living room. They actually give you three sections so that you can use whichever 2 suits your lengh. It is very well made and really looks great at the window. The previous rod that I had was thinner and looked cheap. No sagging and I shouldn't have to ever replace! Bought two smaller ones for the other two windows.

Looks great with the valance! Highly recommend! Only negative was that I ordered two and one delivered on time.. the other was delivered almost a week and a half later. During these crazy times, I understand there may be delayed shipping, so wasn’t that bothered by it.

This was perfect for my bedroom. The brass color is really elegant and though it has some luster it isn’t so shiny that it looks tacky. It also goes with warmer tones and cooler tones. It was easy to assemble (less than 20 min to inbox and hang/install). I also like that it’s easy to take the rod down to remove the curtains if I need to wash them or switch them out. Only downside is from my own user error. I got way too long of a rod. Fortunately, it was a super easy fix by not using the third piece. So on the plus side it really is flexible in length. All in all I would 100% recommend this rod.
