The ukulele itself is great. Nice tone. I've been excited to see how quickly I can learn tunes on this. (I recommend the YouTube series 30 day ukulele challenge by Bernadette.) I learned that I didn't need the tuner - I just use the Kala app to tune. And the strap is really big. The media could not be loaded. Tuning was the issue at first because one of them did not turn whatsoever so I ended up getting a screwdriver and loosened it so it works now (better explanation in video). The appearance is good! like the pic its pretty. All the accessories are there! Portability is great love the backpack for it. Definitely worth it! Some issues at first but the performance is overall PERFECT! be patient with tuning cuz it takes a while, i recommend using a website or the tuner with it! have a nice day y’all ... show more

Great product. Easy to use tuner. Needed to tune the ukulele frequently in the beginning, but that was expected. After several days, stays tuned for the most part. Sounds great!

very beautiful! the fingerboard is darker than in pictures but i originally wanted the darker color so this is ok with me. remember that ukulele strings take a while to break in and hold their tune. overall i'm pleased and excited to learn!
