This cold air intake is rocking on my 2008 f350 dually, 6.4 deleted dpf and egr. Very noticeable difference that I do not expect. Puts me back in my seat. One of my coworkers lost my keys so I drove his van back to hotel until he found them and drove mine back. He was freaking out. His exact word “your trucks a beast”. Read this review before purchasing! This HAS to be the WORST K&N product I have ever purchased … and I LOVE K&N! I even have a K&N filter in my house and I’ve bought them for decades for motorcycles, four wheelers, sxs’s , cars, trucks , and even my houses furnace filter! Straight out of the box I couldn’t believe the dissatisfaction in front of my eyes… first let’s start with the intake tube, every edge and seam is very rough cut , either this is a fake product or K&N fired every single person in their quality control department. Not to mention the HOLE IN THE INTAKE TUBE (pictured below). Next, let’s talk about all of the missing parts… there were at least 5 or more missing parts listed in the instructions. The quality of the intake box is very poor, flimsy and has gaps in the corners .. I ordered a cold air intake to keep the hot air out for a reason… next! Every single hose clamp was too short to even get started, good thing I has some already, Talk about a quality product… furthermore, the instructions were incorrect on some of the bolts shown in the applications , some bolts too short and had to use my own bolts, and on the other hand , every threaded portion of the intake itself was dirty and caked with so much junk that the bolts wouldn’t screw in so I had to spend 45 minutes cleaning out the treads (and they were crooked in 2 places on the intake itself) . I WAS a lifetime K&N loyal customer but unless they would like to make it right , I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next purchase. I would leave a 1 star review but the filter itself was the only thing that didn’t have any issues so I’ll be generous . ... show more

08 f250 6.4. Install took about 45 minutes and wasn’t too bad. Fitment is perfect and the power difference is insane. Also has made the truck and turbo so much louder. Really hard to fight the boost demons off

The price and delivery time were a plus. I had the Intake professionally installed, therefore, I cannot comment on the ease or difficulty of the installation. On the 'plus' side, my F-250 6.4 liter showed an immediate improvement in performance and mileage. On the negative (at least to me) side, there has also been an increase in the 'noise' level from under my hood. Still I consider the money well spent. ... show more
