Item was advertised as a two door refrigerator. The picture showed it as a single door. We ordered it based on the information in the specs. It arrived, and it was indeed a single door, and the door opens the wrong way, and is not reversible. The door won’t open all of the way because we have an island across from the refrigerator. So we have no use for it unless it’s a double door. I hate false advertising.! ... show more

We ordered the 21 cu. ft. upright freezer and it arrived in perfect condition and, over the first week, seems very well made and operates flawlessly. But as they say, the weakest link is often the deciding factor and in this case, it is the door handle. I read other reviewers saying the same thing. We've tried twice now to take the handle off, carefully follow the (simple and clear) instructions, but the handle design leaves it wobbly and feeling loose. This needs to be fixed. I'd steer clear of this model and manufacturer until they can get ALL of the little things right. ... show more
