The selection system told me it wasn't, but this is the part number for my 04 Dodge Durango 5.7 Liter Hemi. You really need to check on K&N's web site to get the part number, then come back to Amazon and search for that part number. On the plus side, this intake was a fairly easy install. The engine room is much cleaner now. It is probably lighter without the ton of plastic you remove. The fun part is tromping on the gas. It is much louder than I expected. I really like the sound. It gets a bit loud for my wife, but she never tromps on the gas anyway. A minor minus is one of the plastic peices you remove has the big HEMI logo on it. A replacement logo to put on the intake tube would be nice. Of course, you can pick those up anywhere. ... show more

I’ve been using a K&N filter in the stock air box for quite a while now with not much difference performance wise. I just switched out to this system lastnight. The old Hemi came to life. Pulls much harder now and I get a completely different engine tone when I open up the throttle. I will add that I also have an aftermarket throttle body. Great purchase initially. ... show more

This product is great I have a dodge durango 5.7 hemi and wow you can see the difference as soon as you install it witch only took about 30 mins easy to install btw you can feel the extra hp when you really step on it and I have to say if your looking for a roar in your engine this does it you can start to hear it suck in the cold air at about 2k rpm it sounds like you have an exsust I have to say I was impressed! Def recommend this product ! ... show more

Ive been on the fence about ordering this for a while now. When prime day hit, this air intake system was an extra $50 off and that tipped me over. I wish I would have bought this when I bought Rango ( 3 months prior). I do my best to be a car guy even though I struggle lol. When I first put this on, I thought there was an air leak when I went on the test drive because of how aggressive it sounds. Once I got on the interstate, I could immediately notice the added HP and Torque by the improved air delivery to the trottle body. The more I open her up, the meaner she sounds! Im sure there is slightly better fuel economy, but I have not noticed yet since I haven't been driving the easiest lol. When I tell non-car people about intake/exhaust I compare it to breathing, inhale (intake) and exhale (exhaust). Couldn't be happier!! ... show more

Easy installation. Estimated hwy miles on my 2005 Durango with the 5.7 Hemi is about 17 mpg. On a recent road trip, I got a documented 19.9 highway at the pump. Definitely from replacing the stock intake with this one. It is a little louder when you call up the Hemi, but not for regular driving. Sounds very nice. If you listen carefully, you can hear the engine saying, "ahh, thank you". ... show more

Ok, so when my husband told me to buy this for MY Hemi Durango to help with fuel economy buy most important towing our trailer, I said ok and proceeded to place the order. I read the reviews and was so excited when I read that it will make a deeper sound in the car since i've been asking him to change the exhaust so it sounds deep and rumbling. So we get the part, my husband installed it in about 20-25 mins and told me to start the car so I did and nothing changed. :( Wahwahwah. my misunderstanding was that the sound would be all the time. What he corrected me about was that it will only sound deep and rumbling when the car is under load. When you get on the road and stomp on the gas, it sure the heck is deep, rumbling and LOUD. As cool as it sounds, the cabin of the car is insanely loud. Its not when you gradually accelerate, but when you stomp on the gas or the car is under load towing. The MPG changed immediately. My review is not for you gearheads who already know everything about this...but for the ladies or the person who might not know. :) ... show more

I researched this for a while before I bought it. The kit was super easy to install and the horse power is noticeable. Worth the money and the hearty growl of the engine is excellent.
